MỞ ĐẦU Đánh giá khâu quan trọng thiếu q trình giáo dục, kiểm tra xem phương tiện hình thức đánh giá Kiểm tra cung cấp kiện, thông tin làm sở cho việc đánh giá Đánh giá kết học tập học sinh nhằm mục đích làm sáng tỏ mức độ đạt học sinh kiến thức, kĩ thái độ so với mục tiêu dạy học đề ra, công khai hóa nhận định lực kết học tập học sinh, giúp HS nhận tiến củng tồn thân, từ khuyến khích, thúc đẩy việc học tập em Mặt khác kết kiểm tra đánh giá cịn có tác dụng giúp giáo viên biết mức độ đạt HS so với mục tiêu mơn học để họ điều chỉnh lại cách dạy, cán quản lí cấp điều chỉnh hoạt động chuyên môn hỗ trợ khác nhằm đạt mục tiêu xác định Hình thức kiểm tra bao gồm kiểm tra thường xuyên kiểm tra định kì, để xây dựng đề kiểm tra định kì địi hỏi giáo viên phải có đầu tư thời gian kiến thức Sau số năm giảng dạy môn Tiếng anh khối 6, 7, 9, làm nhiều đề kiểm tra muốn đưa số kinh nghiệm xây dựng đề kiểm tra qua đề tài sáng kiến kinh nghiệm Thơng qua sáng kiến kinh nghiệm tơi muốn trình bày bước thiết kế đề kiểm tra số dạng tập đề kiểm tra chương trình SGK NỘI DUNG I Thiết kế đề kiểm tra Để xây dựng đề kiểm tra yếu tố cần thiết thiết kế đề kiểm tra theo quy trình bước: Xác định mục đích, u cầu đề kiểm tra Mục đích kiểm tra nội dung, chủ đề nào, yêu cầu đạt nào? Xác định mục tiêu dạy học Xác định đầy đủ, chi tiết mục tiêu giảng dạy, thể lực hành vi hay lực cần phát triển học sinh kết việc dạy học ( xác định rõ chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ u cầu thái độ chương trình mơn học, cấp học chương trình giáo dục phổ thơng) Thiết lập ma trận hai chiều Thiết lập ma trận hai chiều, chiều thông thường nội dung hay mạch kiến thức cần đánh giá, chiều mức độ nhận thức học sinh Đối với học sinh cấp THCS thường đánh giá với ba mức độ nhận thức đầu nhận biết, thông hiểu vận dụng Khi thiết kế ma trận đề kiểm tra, cần tiến hành theo bước sau: - Xác định số lượng câu hỏi, tập đưa đề kiểm tra - Xác định số lượng câu hỏi, tập loại hình đưa vào đề kiểm tra: câu hỏi tự luận, câu hỏi trắc nghiệm khách quan - Thiết lập ma trận với đầy đủ số liệu, thông tin định Thiết kế câu hỏi, tập theo ma trận Thiết kế đáp án, biểu điểm II Yêu cầu nội dung kiến thức đề kiểm tra Việc đề thi dựa sở phát triển lực, trí tuệ học sinh THCS ba mức độ đầu: nhận biết, thông hiểu vận dụng Trước hết học sinh phải nhớ kiến thức đơn giản, tảng vững vàng để phát triển lực nhận thức mức độ cao Nội dung đề thi phải bao hàm đầy đủ mức độ khác nhận thức Đề thi phải có độ khó hợp lí, phù hợp với thời gian làm học sinh, tránh đề thi kiểm tra trí nhớ đánh đố học sinh Không nên đề thi kiểu phải thuộc lòng, học vẹt Đề thi phải đánh giá khả lí giải, ứng dụng, phân biệt phán đoán học sinh Việc kiểm tra đánh giá môn Tiếng Anh THCS phải tuân thủ mục tiêu dạy học Các kiểm tra cần tập trung kiểm tra kĩ nghe, nói, đọc , viết khuôn khổ kiến thức ngôn ngữ quy định chương trình Nội dung cấc kiểm tra phải nằm nội dung chủ điểm, chủ đề đề cập SGK Các dạng kiểm tra bao gồm kiểm tra trắc nghiệm tự luận III Các loại hình tập đề kiểm tra định kì Loại hình Gợi ý tập A Nghe -
