v trỡnh ca nn kinh t õy l c s thc tin, lý lun quan trng cho i hi VII ch trng hon thin CCKT v i hi VIII, IX ch trng y mnh chuyn dch CCKT theo hng cụng nghip húa, hin i húa n nay, Vit Nam ó cú mt CCKT tng i hp lý v ang chuyn dch theo hng cụng nghip húa, hin i húa, giỏ tr tng thờm (VA) ca cỏc nhúm ngnh cụng nghip v xõy dng (CNXD), dch v (DV) chim t trng ngy cng ln tng sn phm quc ni (GDP); nh hng v nhim v ch yu k hoch phỏt trin kinh t ca Vit Nam l phn u GDP giai on 2011-2015 tng 7-8% mi nm CCKT n nm 2015: Khu vc I, nụng, lõm nghip v thy sn (NLTS): 17-18%; khu vc II (CNXD): 41-42%; khu vc III
