111 MANAGEMENT OF ACTIVITIES IN TEACHING MATHS AND CAPACITY IN TEACHING THESE ACTIVITIES IN THE HOA VANG DISTRICT Major: Educational Admtnistration Student's name: Minh Anh Nguyen Instructor: Assoc Prof Dr Bao Hoang Thanh Nguyen School: the University of Education, University of Danang Summary: The main results of the thesis: The thesis has outlined the fundamental problems of theory and practice instruction activities in mathematics to meet the requirements of reforming general education (GDPT) in secondary schools in Hoa Vang district In recent years, a comprehensive survey has been performed in the current teaching mathematics activities of 09 different schools in Hoa Vang district Based on theoretical research and practical survey, the topic has proposed measures to manage teaching activities in mathematics to meet the requirements of educational reform in Hoa Vang district, as follows: raising awareness of management in staff systems, teachers; encouraging teachers in the innovation of content, methods, and organizational forms; improving management capacity, implement teaching activities in mathematics; improving information technology facilities and supporting teaching and learning activities; creating a favourable environment for teachers and students to promote their role in teaching and learning mathematics Each measure has its purpose and meaning, but all have a connection to each other The results of exploring the urgency and feasibility of the proposed measures are pretty high, which can be applied to management practice Theoretical and practical of the thesis The thesis has contributed to clarifying the theoretical basis, systematizing domestic and foreign studies, identifying instrumental concepts as the basis for theoretical research, pointing out the theoretical content of management Math teaching activities meet the requirements of educational reform in Hoa Vang district On that basis, the topic has selected an appropriate research method and established survey tools on the status of teaching activities in mathematics to meet the requirements of educational reform in Hoa Vang district, for 488 guests The survey sample includes 23 (administrative staff), 81 (TTCM, teacher), 384 students who are students at 09 secondary schools in Hoa Vang district The thesis has surveyed, described and adequately assessed the current teaching activities in ; mathematics to meet the requirements of educational refonn in the direction of student competency development in the Hoa Vang district Moreover, it has given out the strengths and weaknesses of this activity, and at the same time, proposed specific solutions to improve the effectiveness of the I management of teaching activities in mathematics to meet the requirements of educational reform in the area Further research direction of the thesis: The research results of the thesis can be applied in the management of teaching activities in mathematics to meet the requirements of educational reform in the area; at the same time, monitor the feedbacks to further evaluate the applicability of the thesis as a basis for the research and broader application of the topic into practice for secondary schools across the country with the same conditions Keywords: management, activities, teaching activities, administration management, conditions secondary schools in Hoa Vang district I Confirmation of the instructor Nguyen Bao Hoang Thanh Nguyen Minh A.'11h
