Effective communication is vital when working in departments such as Admissions, Training, Teacher Management, and Marketing - Communications I realized the importance of good listening, speaking, writing, and reading skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Moreover, teamwork skills are crucial for completing projects and tasks I learned the importance of collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.

2 Time Management and Organization Skills:

With various activities and tasks, I recognized the need to manage my time effectively Planning, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines became essential for successful completion of assignments.

Additionally, I improved my organizational skills, particularly in managing documents and data in a professional work environment.

3 Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Throughout the internship, I encountered various situations and problems I learned to analyze situations, propose solutions, and make decisions effectively.

These skills were particularly useful when contributing ideas during meetings or when developing enrollment or training strategies.

In today's digital age, proficiency in computer skills and application software is necessary I honed my skills in using accounting software in the Accounting department to support tasks such as accounting, payments, and financial reporting.

Additionally, I learned to use presentation tools and graphic design software, which are essential for work in the Marketing - Communications department.

Admissions Department: During my time in the Admissions department, I focused on developing my communication skills in English I interacted with students, providing them with advice and assistance This role allowed me to practice using English flexibly and appropriately for different audiences, thus improving my ability to express myself and convey information effectively. Moreover, exposure to various advertising and marketing materials in English expanded my specialized vocabulary.

Training Department: Working in the Training department provided me with insights into English teaching programs, grammar structures, teaching methodologies, and English proficiency assessment I delved into teaching and assessment materials in English, thereby enhancing my reading comprehension and ability to write specialized documents Additionally, assisting teachers in the classroom environment allowed me to practice and refine my English speaking and listening skills in a professional setting.
