New Zealand, Ấn Độ, Nepal Trung Quốc [8] Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu thành phần hoá học địa y cịn hạn chế, đặc biệt lồi địa y Parmotrema tinctorum Loài địa y P tinctorum lồi đặc trưng chi Parmotrema tìm thấy phổ biến Việt Nam [9] Trên giới, loài địa y dùng làm gia vị hương liệu thực phẩm [10], chất hấp phụ uranium(VI) [11], cobalt [12], nghiên cứu phân loại nhiễm khơng khí ngành cơng nghiệp hóa dầu [13, 14], loại thực vật phát triển thành thực phẩm chức chữa bệnh đái tháo đường [15, 16] Tuy nhiên, với ứng dụng phong phú đa dạng vậy, có bốn nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học lồi địa y tìm thấy Hơn nữa, nghiên cứu tập trung vào việc khảo sát thành phần hóa học mà chưa sâu vào việc tìm kiếm hợp chất phụ mới, chứng tỏ việc tiếp tục khảo sát hóa học loài địa y hướng tiềm việc tìm kiếm dược chất góp phần lý giải tính ứng dụng cao Việt Nam nước có lợi nhiệt đới gió mùa ẩm với nguồn thực vật phong phú đa dạng Vì thế, việc khảo sát thành phần hóa học lồi địa y P tinctorum thu hái nước ta để tìm
