.Hạn chế của đề tài và hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo

Bên cạnh những đóng góp về lý thuyết và thực tiễn được rút ra từ kết quả nghiên cứu, đề tài nghiên cứu này cũng tồn tại một số giới hạn và từ đó gợi ý cho các nghiên cứu tương lai như sau:

Thứ nhất, nghiên cứu chỉ xem xét đên một khía cạnh là yếu tố sự gắn với tổ chức tác động đến ý định ở lại tổ chức của doanh nghiệp. Hy vọng, trong nghiên cứu tương lai các nhà nghiên cứu sẽ khám phá thêm các yếu tố mới có thể tác động đển ý định ở lại với tổ chức của nhân viên.

Thứ hai, nghiên cứu này chỉ điều tra các nhân viên làm việc tại Công Ty Cổ Phần Thương Mại Nguyễn Kim nên ở đây nghiên cứu chỉ có ý nghĩa nội bộ trong cơng ty, hạn chế tính tổng qt hóa của đề tài. Các nghiên cứu tương lai có thể mở rộng phạm vi khảo sát ở mức bao quát hơn, hay có thể là mở rộng nghiên cứu sang các lĩnh vực khác như ngân hàng, tài chính, dịch vụ như khách sạn, du lịch, ý tế… Để từ đó có thể khám phá và khẳng định thêm cho các giả thuyết của mơ hình.

Thứ ba, nghiên cứu đã sử dụng phương pháp định tính để khái quát một số đặc điểm mang tính riêng tại Cơng Ty Cổ Phần Thương Mại Nguyễn Kim, nên về các đặc điểm của nhân viên nịng cốt chỉ mang tính đại diện của cơng ty. Hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo có thể làm rõ hơn các đặc điểm đại diện cho nhân viên cốt lõi, mà nó mang tính tổng qt cao hơn, đại diện cho một ngành một lĩnh vực nào đó.
