1 INTRODUCTION Rationale for the study The political thinking is a particular type of thinking in a society with different classes, reflecting the basic interests of the involved subjects in the struggle for keeping and using the state government The political thinking is vital to the pedagogical process of lecturers, especially those of social science and humanities Talking about the role of lecturers in ensuring the politics in education and training, VI Lenin affirmed: “In any school, the most important thing is the political and ideological orientation conveyed in each lessons What determines that direction? The decisive factor is the lecturers” At military officers' schools, along with other pedagogical forces, young lecturers of social sciences and humanities directly participate in the training of qualified army officers well fulfilling their tasks after graduation With the functions and tasks of teaching majors, the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities need to have sharp, scientific the political thinking to affirm the nature of science, revolution, protection and master development Marxist - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh ideology, Party views, lines, policies and laws of the State, directly contribute to maintaining the Party's ideological foundation, consolidating scientific and revolutionary beliefs for the trainees who are training in schools - the future officers and materialism; use specific methods such as systems and structures, analysis and synthesis, sociological surveys, information collection and processing methods, expert consultancy The thesis approach is mainly from a philosophical - political perspective New contributions of the research The thesis presents the conception and the structure of the political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities at military officers' schools The thesis analyses the problems posed to the development of the political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities at have pointed out the regulatory factors for the political thinking of young teachers of social sciences and humanities at military officers' schools, with emphasis on the young lecturers’ training and fostering, political environment and practical training Secondly, these works have evaluated the current situation of the political thinking of young lecturers of social sciences and humanities at military officers' schools at present They all affirmed the advantages of the political thinking of young lecturers of social sciences and humanities, especially in terms of knowledge, qualities and the political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities at military officers' schools In terms of the current situation, the thesis uses a combination of a number of methods to objectively and scientifically assess the current situation of the political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities regarding the achievements and limitations, and at the to reflect and reproduce reality by reasoning, discovery and selection, creative processing in subject's awareness and actions The quality of the political thinking is a combination of factors, showing political orientation, flexibility and independence in the political thinking of the subject The method of the political thinking is the way of using thinking manipulations to generalize and abstract to create new concepts and categories, reflecting political reality more fully and accurately 2.1.2 The political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities at military issues posed to the development of the political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities at military officers’ schools today 3.2.1 The issues with training and nurturing to promote the political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities The training and nurturing the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities at military officers' schools schools at present 19 Chapter BASIC SOLUTIONS TO DEVELOPING THE POLITICAL THINKING OF THE YOUNG LECTURERS OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITES AT MILITARY OFFICERS SCHOOLS AT PRESENT 4.1 Improving the quality of training and nurturing to develop the political thinking of the young lecturers of social science and humanities at military officers' schools today 4.1.1 Improving the quality of training
