SỞ GD&ĐT QUẢNG NAM TRƯỜNG THPT LÊ QUÝ ĐÔN SÁNG KIẾN KINH NGHIỆM  Đề tài: MỘT SỐ HOẠT ĐỘNG TRONG PHẦN “POST LISTENING”-TIẾNG ANH LỚP 10 – CHƯƠNG TRÌNH CHUẨN Người thực : Nguyễn Thị Minh Dung Tổ : Ngoại ngữ *** Tháng 4- 2011 *** Trang I ĐẶT VẤN ĐỀ: Ngoại ngữ nói chung tiếng Anh nói riêng môn học khó học sinh Đa số học sinh ngại học môn hầu hết em môi trường giao tiếp, kiến thức vốn từ hạn chế Các kĩ chậm Trước em học theo kiểu thụ động, chủ yếu tập trung vào điểm ngữ pháp, chưa phát huy tốt kĩ - đặc biệt kĩ nghe Đa số em phụ thuộc vào đáp án có sẵn sách giải Các em chưa thực tâm đến nội dung nghe Tiết học nghe trở nên nhàm chán, hiệu kém.Từ thực tế này, thiết nghĩ làm để kích thích tạo hưng phấn cho em phát huy tốt kĩ năng-đặc biệt kĩ nghe Tôi nghiên cứu áp dụng sáng kiến thiết kế lại “Một số Hoạt Động Trong Phần “POSTLISTENING” Tiếng Anh Lớp 10- Chương Trình chuẩn cho lạ hấp dẫn hơn; nhằm thu hút hứng thú em học nghe Đó lí mà chọn đề tài II GIẢI QUYẾT VẤN ĐỀ II.1 Cơ sở lý luận: Qua tiết dạy, thân thấy mục đích tiết dạy nghe nhằm phát triển kĩ nghe hiểu học sinh nghe sâu (intensive listening), nghe rộng (extensive listening), nghe lấy thông tin cụ thể (listening for specific information) nghe lấy thông tin (listening for gist), Chính mà thấy ta cần phải thiết kế lại số hoạt động phần “Post Listening” tiết học nghe Sau tiết nghe phải thay đổi hình thức có hoạt động khác để phát huy tốt kĩ hiểu học sinh sau nghe như: Sắp xếp lại tranh(Reorder the pictures), hỏi & trả lời (Question & Answer), sử dụng từ gợi ý để nói thành câu có nghĩa(using these cues words to make a meaningful sentence), điền vào chỗ trống (Gap-Fill), đóng vai (Roleplay), thảo luận (discussion ), trò chơi (games) Các hoạt động nghe phần “Post- Listening” không 10 phút tiết dạy nghe Những hoạt động phải gắn kết với nội dung học phải phù hợp với khả học sinh; không khó không dễ gây nên nhàm chán học sinh Phải tạo hưng phấn thực học sinh; làm cho em phải chủ động nghe; không phụ thuộc vào đáp án có sẵn sách giải; tránh nhàm chán học nghe Vì sau nghe, em nói lại số nội dung vừa nghe nhiều hình thức khác II.2 Cơ sở thực tiễn: Qua tiết dạy nghe, thấy đa số học sinh thụ động , chưa thực thích học Sở dĩ đa số em có sẵn đáp án sách giải Trang Khi giáo viên yêu cầu nghe để đưa đáp án em chưa thực tập trung vào nội dung nghe bài, cần giáo viên hỏi tập sách em đưa câu trả lời hoàn toàn xác; thực tế số em chưa nghe Hơn nữa, năm trước tổ đôi lần thống làm kiểm tra nghe(15 phút) ;nhưng chất lượng nghe em chưa cao Từ thực trạng , thiết nghĩ phải thiết kế lại tập nghe phần “Post- Listening” với nhiều hoạt động khác để phát huy tốt kĩ nghe & hiểu học sinh ; hoạt động mức độ vừa phải, không khó không dễ Tuy nhiên, qua hoạt động phần “Post- Listening” phát huy việc tổ chức hoạt động cho học sinh làm việc theo nhóm, cặp, cá nhân Chính hoạt động khuyến khích em mạnh dạn hơn, tự tin chủ động học Để làm cần phải có nổ lực lớn thầy trò II.2.1 CHUẨN BỊ: + Học sinh phải chuẩn bị tốt phần từ vựng nhà trước đến lớp Giáo viên cho trước từ cần dạy phần nghe để học sinh soạn trước nghĩa từ (Tuyệt đối học sinh không xem trước tapescripts nghe) Nếu giáo viên phát trừ điểm học sinh + Giáo viên nên thiết kế lại hoạt động phần “Post- Listening” cho hấp dẫn tránh trường hợp học sinh có sẵn đáp án sách giải.Tuỳ theo giáo viên , dùng Pictures, Posters, Handouts, để tiết kiệm thời gian cho học sinh II.2.2 TỔ CHỨC TẠI LỚP: - Giáo viên phân chia lớp theo cặp, nhóm, đội cho phù hợp với hoạt động - Sử dụng Pictures, Posters, Handouts, cho hoạt động hướng dẫn cho học sinh cách thực hoạt động cho thích hợp - Cộng điểm thưởng cá nhân, cặp hay nhóm làm tốt để khuyến khích em, tạo hưng phấn học Trang III NỘI DUNG NGHIÊN CỨU: Qua nhiều năm dạy chương trình cải cách- Tiếng Anh 10-Chương trình chuẩn -tôi thiết kế lại hoạt động phần “Post- Listening” cho tiết dạy nghe sau: Unit 1: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Activity 1: -T asks ss to make questions and then answer about the routine of Mr Lam (T gives the cues) What / occupation? Trang + What are/is the reason(s)? + What have you done to solve it/them? + Who helps you to solve it/ them?
