Trang 7LỜI MỞ ĐẦU 1 Lý do chọn đề tài:
Lý do thứ nhất, Tuyển dụng Nhân sự ngày càng có vai trò trọng yếu đối với một doanh nghiệp bởi sự cạnh tranh trên thị trường đang trở nên ngày càng gay gắt Có thể nói tầm nhìn, chiến lược, sứ mệnh,… là những yếu tố hàng đầu để một doanh nghiệp có thể tồn tại và phát triển nhưng nếu thiếu đi các nguồn lực như vật chất, nguồn lực vô hình và đặc biệt là nguồn nhân lực thì tất cả những yếu tố đó chỉ là khái niệm và không thể trở thành hiện thực Trong số những nguồn lực ấy, nguồn nhân lực đóng một vai trò quyết định vì nhờ có sự tài năng và sáng tạo, họ có thể tận dụng và vận hành những nguồn lực khác để đem lại giá trị và giúp cho doanh nghiệp có thể phát triển bền vững
Lý do thứ hai, tuy chỉ là đất nước đang phát triển nhưng với những yêu sách và sự điều hành nền kinh tế ngày càng hoàn thiện và tiến bộ của nhà nước ta, nền kinh tế sẽ có tiềm năng phát triển rất mạnh trong dài hạn Đồng pha với sự phát triển của nền kinh tế đó sẽ là sự bùng nổ của thị trường tài chính, đặc biệt là thị trường Chứng khoán Ngoài ra, khi nền kinh tế phát triển, thu nhập khả dụng của người dân ngày càng tăng dẫn đến nhu cầu cao hơn về tiết kiệm hay đầu tư tài chính sẽ càng chứng minh cho tiềm năng phát triển của ngành Chứng khoán Việt Nam Tuy nhiên hiện nay, nhận thức của người dân Việt Nam về Chứng khoán còn hạn chế nên nhiều người vẫn cho rằng Chứng khoán là một hình thức cờ bạc và thị trường đang gặp khó khăn nên công tác tuyển dụng nhân sự trong lĩnh vực Chứng khoán đang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn
Nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của công tác tuyển dụng và tiềm năng của ngành Chứng khoán, tôi đã quyết định thực tập công tác tuyển dụng tại Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIS) và thực hiện bài báo cáo này
Trong quá trình thực tập, bên cạnh những kinh nghiệm quý báu mà tôi tích lũy được qua những cọ xát với công việc thực tế, tôi nhận thấy quá trình tuyển dụng tại tổ chức vẫn còn những tồn tại khiến công tác Tuyển dụng chưa tối đa được hiệu quả Cụ thể, mức độ nhận diện của công ty trong thị trường còn khá thấp dẫn đến nhiều khó khăn trong việc thu hút ứng viên và lượng ứng viên tiếp cận được thông báo tuyển dụng của công ty còn hạn chế Nguyên nhân dẫn đến những tồn tại này không chỉ đến từ biến động của thị trường Chứng khoán mà còn là vì công ty thiếu đi mảng truyền thông, chỉ sử dụng dịch vụ tuyển dụng miễn phí, thiếu sót trong công tác tạo nguồn ứng viên và hạn chế trong khả năng thiết kế thông báo tuyển dụng Bằng những vốn kiến thức nền tảng của mình trong quá trình học tập và kinh nghiệm trong đời sống, tôi sẽ đưa ra những giải pháp giúp nâng cao hiệu quả Tuyển dụng của công ty

4 Phương pháp nghiên cứu đề tài
- Phương pháp thu thập và sàng lọc thông tin, số liệu: Thu thập thông tin trong quá
trình thực tập thực tế từ công ty, số liệu của VIS cung cấp và các công ty khác cùng ngành thông qua tin tức, báo cáo thường niên, báo cáo tài chính Từ các nguồn thông tin trên, tôi đọc và sàng lọc lại những thông tin quan trọng và cần thiết cho bài báo cáo
- Phương pháp phân tích: Với các thông tin cần thiết mà tôi sàng lọc kết hợp với
những vốn kiến thức mà tôi lĩnh hội được trong quá trình học tập, tôi đưa ra các nhận định, phân tích của mình về Công tác Tuyển dụng tại Chứng khoán Quốc tế Việt Nam
- Phương pháp so sánh: So sánh kết quả phân tích của:
+ VIS hiện tại so với các thực trạng chung của ngành Chứng khoán;

• Thực hiện quy trình đóng/mở tài khoản và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ

• Quản lý thông tin khách hàng, hỗ trợ khách hàng thay đổi thông tin tài khoản thực hiện giao dịch; lưu ký; đăng ký Chứng khoán và các nghiệp vụ liên quan
