security It also  provides services related to the field of digital content to agencies and units inside and outside VAST Information Technology Assurance Department Department of Information Technology Assurance specializes in information technology in the management of information technology application activities, plans and develops information technology systems for the direction and operation of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and its affiliated units Department of Computational and Applied Technology Department of Computing and Applied Technology performs high-tech activities, researches and implements projects, consults, builds transferred technology in the field of  information technology; Automates and calculates high-performance for socio-economic development 1.3 Rights and duties of CIC CIC is responsible for various tasks, specifically: Develop, manage, maintain, and effectively utilize information systems, web portals, IT infrastructure, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology cybersecurity systems (VAST) as well as specialized databases in fields under the management of  VAST to serve the direction, administration, and management of VAST's leaders in accordance with the regulations of the State and VAST; Provide online services for VAST; manage, plan, distribute and allocate resources for  high-performance computer networks and computers for scientific calculation managed by the Center; ensure the connection of the VAST network with the Government and State agencies in accordance with the State's regulations; Research and develop shared software for the computerization of management activities of VAST; guide and transfer technical solutions, technologies, processes and professional contents on the application of information technology, construction and operation of websites/portals in units under VAST; Implement solutions to computerize administrative management, integrate specialized data and scientific Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Chairman of the Council spoke at the meeting Attending were the members of the Council, the Head of the Mausoleum Protection Command of President Ho Chi Minh At the meeting, Major General, Dr Bui Hai Son, Acting Head of the Mausoleum Management Board, Commander of the Mausoleum Protection Command, Council members reported the Council's performance in 2022 and the direction of operation in 2023 In 2022, the Council promoted the collective wisdom and responsibility to complete all tasks, and advised the Prime Minister to direct the Mausoleum Management Protection Command, and member of the Council reported at the meeting At the meeting, the members agreed to evaluate the results of operations in 2022 and specify the key contents in 2023 in order to improve the quality of activities of the Council, effectively serving the task of long-term preservation of President Ho Chi Minh's body Concluding the meeting, Professor, Academician Chau Van Minh, TRANSLATION International Conference on Discrete Mathematics and Computer Science In days 1-2/12, at Dalat University, Da Lat, Lam Dong province took place the International Conference on Discrete Mathematics and Computer Science The workshop was co-organized by Dalat University (DLU), International Mathematical Research and Training Center under the auspices of UNESCO (ICRTM), Institute of Mathematics (IMH), Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (vast), International Research  Network on Mathematical and Computer Models for Complex Systems (UMMISCO), Institute for Research for Development (IRD), French Republic, University of Water  Resources (TLU), Hanoi University of Technology (HUST), and VinGroup Innovation Fund (VinIF) Attending the conference were professors, associate professors, PhD students, masters and students from 22 universities, 01 research institute, 01 international research unit, and 03 enterprises across the country The organizers said that nhiều nội dung học thuật liên quan đến vật chất lượng tử Topo, kiến thức vật lý bản, vấn đề nóng nghiên cứu vật lý đại, học lượng tử electron chuyển động từ trường Thông qua giảng đại chúng, GS Duncan Haldane chuyển tải thông điệp đến người đam mê khoa học, hiểu sâu sắc học lượng tử khả tìm vật liệu ra, khả khám phá điều mẻ liên quan đến học lượng tử dễ dàng Từ đó, giúp người có tư q trình nghiên many academic contents related to Topo quantum matter, basic physics knowledge, hot issues in modern physics research, quantum mechanics when electrons move in magnetic fields Through the public
