tạo điều kiện hội để phát huy lực cho phát triển cộng đồng, gia đình thụ hưởng thành phát triển [xem 5] Ngân hàng Thế giới đưa định nghĩa bình đẳng giới sau: “Bình đẳng giới bình đẳng luật pháp, hội – bao gồm bình đẳng việc tiếp cận nguồn nhân lực, vốn nguồn lực sản xuất khác, bình đẳng cơng việc tiếng nói” [xem 109] Khái niệm bình đẳng giới ngụ ý nam giới nữ giới, gồm cộng đồng người đồng tính luyến người chuyển giới cần đối xử công tất khía cạnh đời sống - kinh tế - xã hội quyền người như: giáo dục, y tế, văn hóa, nhân, gia đình, việc làm, sách phúc lợi… [xem 106] Khái niệm dựa Tuyên bố Liên Hiệp Quốc Nhân quyền, với mục tiêu bình đẳng mặt luật pháp bình đẳng vị xã hội, đặc biệt hoạt động bầu cử bảo đảm hưởng lương cơng Bất bình đẳng giới: Dựa định nghĩa bình đẳng giới trên, bất bình đẳng giới hiểu bất bình đẳng so sánh tương quan vai trị, vị trí tiếng nói nam nữ giới Có nhiều định nghĩa thuật ngữ “nữ quyền” cũngkhơng có thuyết nữ quyền phù hợp cho phụ nữ thời đại Trong phạm vi luận văn, đề tài sử dụng thuật ngữ nữ quyền theo định nghĩa nhà hoạt động nữ quyền Kamla Bhasin (2003): “Nữ quyền nhận thức thống trị gia trưởng, LUAN VAN CHAT LUONG download : add luanvanchat@agmail.com bóc lột áp phụ nữ mặt vật chất tinh thần lao động, sinh sản tình dục gia đình, nơi làm việc xã hội nói chung; hành động có ý thức phụ nữ nam giới để thay đổi tình trạng đó” [xem 58] “Phong trào nữ quyền”: Từ phân tích thuật ngữ nữ quyền trên, hiểu phong trào nữ quyền phong trào đấu tranh quyền lợi phụ nữ đem đến cho phụ nữ quyền bình đẳng so với nam giới Chủ nghĩa nữ giới hay chủ nghĩa nữ quyền, chủ nghĩa nữ tập hợp phong trào hệ tư tưởng nhằm mục đích xác định, xây dựng bảo vệ quyền lợi trị, kinh tế, văn hóa xã hội bình đẳng cho phụ nữ [xem 37] Người theo chủ nghĩa nữ quyền người vận động ủng hộ quyền lợi cho phụ nữ bình đẳng giới [xem 89] Các vấn đề thường liên quan đến khái niệm quyền phụ nữ bao gồm: toàn vẹn thân thể quyền tự chủ; quyền giáo dục làm việc; quyền trả lương bình đẳng; quyền sở hữu tài sản; quyền tham gia vào hợp đồng hợp pháp, tổ chức quan công quyền; quyền bầu cử; quyền tự kết hơn, bình đẳng gia đình tự tôn giáo Lý thuyết chủ nghĩa nữ quyền, lên từ phong trào nữ quyền, với mục đích để hiểu chất bất bình đẳng giới [xem 83] Những hành động nữ quyền thường thúc đẩy “ý thức nữ quyền” thành viên cộng đồng Có nhiều định nghĩa ý thức nữ quyền theo cá nhân người viết cho định nghĩa mà nhà sử học Gerda Lerner đưa định nghĩa trọn vẹn nhất: “Tôi định nghĩa ý thức nữ quyền nhận thức phụ nữ cho họ thuộc nhóm lệ thuộc;
