Luận văn Bác sĩ Nội trú Khảo sát biểu hiện lâm sàng qua bảng RSI và nội soi họng thanh quản qua bảng RFS ở bệnh nhân trào ngược dạ dày thực quản Đại học Y Dược TP Hồ Chí Minh 2021 Hiện tượng trào ngược dạ dày – thực quản là hiện tượng sinh lý bình thường xảy ra ở người, xuất hiện vài lần trong ngày, thường sau bữa ăn và không gây triệu chứng hay tổn thương niêm mạc. Tuy nhiên, khi hiện tượng trào ngược xảy ra thường xuyên, cả vào ban đêm và gây ra các triệu chứng ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân thì tình trạng này được gọi là bệnh trào ngược dạ dày – thực quản (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease – GERD). Đây là một bệnh lý phổ biến trên thế giới cũng như ở Việt Nam với xu hướng ngày càng tăng dần trong vòng 15 năm qua 2. Có nhiều phương tiện dùng để chẩn đoán GERD, hiện nay theo dõi trở kháng – pH kéo dài (pHimpedance monitoring) được xem là tiêu chuẩn vàng trong chẩn đoán GERD. Tuy nhiên việc sử dụng vẫn còn giới hạn trong một số ít trường hợp và không sẵn có ở nhiều cơ sở. Chẩn đoán GERD vẫn chủ yếu dựa vào lâm sàng, các bảng câu hỏi và nội soi dạ dày – thực quản.
