5.3 HẠN CHẾ CỦA ĐỀ TÀI VÀ HƢỚNG NGHIÊN CỨU TIẾP THEO

Mặc dù nghiên cứu này đã cố gắng phân tích tác động tràn của chính sách tiền tệ Hoa Kỳ đến thị trường các quốc gia ASEAN thơng qua các kênh khác nhau để có cái nhìn tổng thể nhất với khoảng thời gian và dữ liệu tương đối phù hợp tuy nhiên kết quả nghiên cứu cũng bị giới hạn bởi một số yếu tố sau:

Nghiên cứu chưa xem xét hết được các kênh truyền dẫn như kênh báo hiệu do khó khăn trong việc thu thập thơng tin dữ liệu.

Nghiên cứu cũng chưa phân tích tác động tràn đến nhóm các quốc gia này phân theo đặc điểm kinh tế.

Nghiên cứu cũng chưa phân tích và so sánh được giữa tác động tràn của CSTT truyền thống và CSTT phi truyền thống để có cái nhìn tồn diện hơn.

Từ những hạn chế phân tích trên, các nghiên cứu tiếp theo có thể mở rộng nghiên cứu theo hướng bổ sung thêm kênh truyền dẫn phù hợp với dữ liệu thu thập cũng như có thể phân tích rộng hơn theo đặc điểm kinh tế, để cung cấp thêm những bằng chứng thực nghiệm và cho thấy cái nhìn tồn cảnh hơn về hiệu ứng tràn của chính sách tiền tệ quốc tế, từ đó có thể đưa ra những gợi ý về mặt chính sách đầy đủ hơn nữa.
