Period 82 Unit 13: ACTIVITIES

Lesson 4: B/Come and play (B1,2) A/ Aims:

- To help students develop their macro skills of the language such as listening, and speaking

- To help students improve their soft skills in the combination of different classroom activities and in the combination of other subjects like Music, and Physical education

B/ Objectives:

By the end of the lesson, the students will have been able to:

- Do a listening task (circling the correct answers) designed by the teacher and then answer the questions ( a,b,c and d) in B1 in the full sentences - Learn how to make a dialogue in the content consisting of invitation, refusal,

reason for refusal and rearrangement - Make similar dialogues

C/ Ways of working:

- Choral work (T- Wc) - Individual work

- Pair work (open pairs & close pairs) - Group work (team & team 2)

D/ Teaching techniques:

- Asking & answering - Eliciting

- Word web - Miming - Explanation

E/ Materials: Textbook, a set of computer, blackboard, chalk, poster, …

F/ Anticipated problems: The weaker students may have difficulty in making similar dialouges

Sollution: - The teacher should give the students, especially weaker ones , clear guides and should ask the better ones to first so that the weaker ones can follow
