Bài toán tối ưu hai cấp đang hấp dẫn các nhà khoa học nghiên cứu do ý nghĩa khoa học và tính ứng dụng rộng rãi của bài toán trong thực tế. Tối ưu hai cấp xuất hiện trên sách báo, tạp chí thường có liên quan đến các hệ thống phân cấp.
