prepare to fight in an active and most effective way of the brigades of the naval ship Just as President Ho Chi Minh once taught: "Soldiers are very much like knives and guns, without being frequently cleaned, they will soon be damaged" The leadership of the task of Ct is a matter of principle, of basic functions, regular tasks, and is the main and very important content of the leadership of the brigade of the naval ship’s party committee The leadership of the Party Committee is the basic factor determining the quality and effectiveness of the CT of the brigade of the naval ship Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the CT and build strong and comprehensive naval ship brigade, it is essential to enhance the leadership capacity (LC) of the party committee of the brigade of the naval ship Thoroughly understand this importance, the Ministry of Defence;
