Nghiên cứu được tiến hành với mục tiêu nhằm ứng dụng sinh thiết thận qua da bằng súng tự động dưới sự hướng dẫn free hand của siêu âm 2 chiều ở bệnh nhân hội chứng thận hư kháng steroid, viêm cầu thận tiến triển nhanh, suy thận cấp không rõ nguyên nhân đang chạy thận nhân tạo.
