c t c không nh ng giúp làm gi m chi phí đ i di n mà đ c xem nh thông tin giúp c đông đ nh giá công ty Bên c nh đó, sách c t c có th b nh h ng b i c u trúc s h u c a doanh nghi p (Short c ng s , 2002) Nh bi t, có nhi u hình th c s h u khác nhau: s h u nhà n c, s h u t nhân, s h u t ch c, s h u cá nhân, s h u n h u c a cá nhân n c, c a cá nhân n c ngoài, s c ngoài… m i lo i hình th c s h u s tác đ c u phân tích nh h s h u c a t ch c n cá nhân n c, t ch c n c, l n cá nhân n ng khác gi a c ngoài, s h u cá nhân, bao g m c c a c lên sách c t c c a doanh nghi p Vì v y, tác gi th c hi n nghiên c u nh m xác đ nh nh h ng c a nh ng c u trúc s h u v a đ c p đ n quy t đ nh chi tr c t c c a doanh nghi p v i lu n v n “ nh h ng c a c u trúc s h u t i sách c t c t i công ty niêm y t th tr ng ch ng khoán Vi t Nam” Qua tác gi s phân tích m i quan h gi a sách c t c c u trúc s h u c a công ty niêm y t th tr ng ch ng khoán Vi t Nam t n m 2009 đ n n m 2014 1.2 M c tiêu câu h i nghiên c u M c tiêu c a nghiên c
