Learning outcomes
By the end of this unit, the students shall be able to:
- identify and understand the use of different formal terms and grammatical structures used in legal documents
- translate different formal English terms and grammatical structures into Vietnamese, and vice versa
- identify terms capitalized in a Contract
- identify different types of terms and conditions to a contract
