this case writing, directing, acting in, and editing a movie This in turn stimulates interest in the language and requires students to interact in activities that involve problem solving and higher order thinking in the second language Numerous sources report on how a film project can enhance English language learning, including fluency, pronunciation, and speaking skills (Carkin 2004; Hardison and Sonchaeng 2005), non-verbal communication (Dickson 1989), cultural awareness (Gareis 2000; Gersten and Tlustý 1998; Heathcote and Bolton 1998; Isbell 1999), group cooperation (Elgar 2002), and and speaking instructional materials (Wessels 1991, 235) This article examines two different types of video projects that were conducted in a short-term intensive English program for college students AFFECT Affect is considered as aspects of emotion, feeling, mood or attitude which condition behaviors in second language acquisition Positive affect is good for studying while negative affect will inevitably hinder learners' learning process As we know, students in junior high school are special groups as they are experiencing great changes both in physiology and psychology Their affect can be easily influenced by external and internal factors Therefore, it is of vital importance to pay close attention to students' affective factors in English learning process, particularly to the negative ones Based on the results of the previous research about affects in second language acquisition, the study finds that junior high school students have the following negative affective factors such as bore-dom, anxiety, hopelessness, inhibition and low self-confidence in their English learning Then some suggestions for cultivating and improving students' affect are put forward in the hope of use of stylistic devices in English newspaper headlines, their frequency as well as categories The paper also examines the instruction of stylistic devices at UD-UFLs and the practices that the study is to measure the satisfaction level of tourists with hotel services in Hanoi The study is based on the data collected from a questionnaire survey conducted on 130 customers who have used the services of three hotels in Hanoi, namely the Silk Path Hotel, the Lake Side Hotel, and the La Siesta Hotel By means of the exploratory factors analysis method, the research shows that the factors contributing to the level of customer satisfaction for hotels in Ha Noi include staff, faculties, equipments, processes, and manners of service, on which the staff and service style have more impact bạn đọc xuất trình thẻ đọc giấy giới thiệu cho thường trực, gửi cặp, túi, nón, áo mưa, sách báo cá nhân vào nơi quy định mang vào phòng đọc không ba tập để ghi chép Khi vào phịng đọc, xuất trình thẻ đọc giấy giới thiệu (kèm Chứng minh nhân dân) cho thủ thư làm thủ tục mượn sách báo đọc chỗ theo quy định phòng đọc Giữ gần trật tự im lặng, vệ sinh thư viện không hút thuốc phịng đọc, khơng cắt xén tranh ảnh, tư liệu, khơng làm rách, không ghi dấu sách báo Tuyệt đối khơng mang sách báo khỏi phịng đọc Trong thời gian đọc sách báo, cần giây phút bạn đọc tạm gửi sách lại cho thủ thư nhận thẻ vào phịng đọc, để xuất trình cho thủ thư trở vào đọc tiếp Trước bạn đọc trả sách báo đầy đủ cho thủ thư nhận lại thẻ đọc Nội quy nhằm đảm bảo điều kiện thuận tiện cho bạn đọc đến làm việc thư viện, đồng reading cards or referral letters to librarians Put personal belongings in designated places No more than three books or notebooks can be brought into the reading room When entering the reading room, you must show your reading card or reference letter (along with ID card) to the librarian to borrow on-site reading materials in accordance with the regulations of each reading room Users are requested to maintain good order, a quiet and clean environment in the library Smoking is strictly forbidden Library’s materials must not be mutilated, torn out and written in Reading materials must not be taken out of the library If going out for a minute during reading time, users should temporarily leave books at/ return books to the librarian and take an access card, which will be shown to the librarian when coming back for reading Users must return all items to the librarian and get back your reading card before leaving The regulations above are designed to ensure all favorable compulsory class of this sort should obtain the prior permission of the person responsible for taking the class in question or, if that was not possible, report to the same person the cause of his absence without delay Of the Conduct of Examinations Candidates may not leave an examination room during the first 30 minutes of a session Candidates may enter an examination room at any time during a session However, where a candidate enters an examination room more than 30 minutes after the start of a session, the relevant Board of Examiners shall have discretion to decide whether and how marks warded in such circumstances are to be used Candidates who enter an examination room after the start of session will not as a result be granted additional time for the examination Except where allowed by the examination instructions no candidate may introduce into the examination room any book, manuscript or other object or material relevant to the subject of the examination Every candidate is forbidden to communicate in a way or seek assistance from or give assistance to another candidate in the examination room No candidate may remove from the examination room any papers except the question paper and such books or other material as the examination instructions permit to be introduced into the examination room Any candidate suspected if using or attempting to use any unfair means, including copying, or attempting to copy from the work of another candidate in the examination room, will be reported immediately by the Invigilator to the Academic Registrar Such a person will render himself liable to disciplinary action, which may include failure in the whole or in part of the examination Should a candidate act in such a way as to disturb or inconvenience any other
