MÔ TẢ SÁNG KIẾN   Mã số (do Thường trực HĐ ghi):   Tên sáng kiến: Quản lí học thực hành học sinh với phần mềm Netop School 6.02 Lĩnh vực áp dụng sáng kiến: Giảng dạy Mô tả chất sáng kiến: 3.1 Tình trạng giải pháp biết:   Với phát triển nhanh, mạnh giới nói chung ngành cơng nghệ thơng tin nói riêng – mà Tin học phận cơng nghệ thơng tin – địi hỏi người phải có trình độ định để bắt kịp với xu hướng phát triển giới, xã hội Do vậy, việc cho hệ trẻ làm quen với công nghệ thông tin mà môn học Tin học cần thiết  Trường Tiểu học tơi cơng tác trang bị 01 phịng máy tính với 01 máy chủ 16 máy từ năm 2009, máy tính kết nối với nhờ hệ thống mạng LAN Do môn học nên em học sinh thích học Bên cạnh đó, số lượng máy tính cịn q so với số lượng học sinh lớp (từ 35 đến 38 học sinh/lớp) nên máy tính có từ đến học sinh thực hành Việc thực hành em phải giáo viên theo dõi chặt chẽ để tránh tình trạng tranh thực hành tránh để em chơi game học Để giải vấn đề này, ứng dụng phần mềm quản lý phòng máy Netop School phiên 6.02 (gồm có NetOp Shool Teacher NetOp School Student) để thực skkn * Ưu điểm: - Quản lí nội dung thực hành học sinh - Không cho số ứng dụng chạy máy học sinh như: Internet, số trò chơi, … - Do nhu cầu đặc trưng môn học (từ lớp đến lớp 5) đòi hỏi phải kết hợp với máy chiếu để minh họa thao tác mẫu (lý thuyết thực hành) Nhưng máy chiếu thị trường có giá đắc, mặc khác giáo viên trường thường xuyên sử dụng máy chiếu để làm phương tiện dạy học Phần mềm có thề giải tạm thời vấn đề thiếu máy chiếu phòng máy nhà trường - Quá trình tổ chức kiểm tra giáo viên dễ theo dõi thao tác mà học sinh thực hiện, đánh giá hết mức độ kỹ học sinh Việc quản lí theo dõi hoạt động máy học sinh chặt chẽ * Khuyết điểm: - Do môn học mới, chủ yếu thực hành nên việc quản lí nội dung thực hành em gặp khơng khó khăn Học sinh khơng thực u cầu mà giáo viên khơng kiểm sốt hết (VD: Cuối học sinh không tắt máy tắt máy không theo quy định ) - Giáo viên kiểm tra cũ, truyền tải kiến thức hình máy tính học sinh - Học sinh tiếp thu lí thuyết, theo dõi thao tác mẫu thực tốt thao tác học lớp  - Học sinh chăm theo dõi nên không gây trật tự, giáo viên dễ dàng hướng dẫn quản lý học sinh lớp b.2 Sự khác biệt giải pháp so với giải pháp cũ: - Giáo viên theo dõi nội dung thực hành cá nhân máy chủ thiết lập số chế độ cấm học sinh thực như: cấm chơi game, cấm truy cập Internet, … thực hành - Xây dựng máy chủ có chức tương tự máy chiếu trình chiếu hình máy - Rèn cho em thái độ đắn sử dụng máy tính sản phẩm tin học, đồng thời biết ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin số môn học khác như: Tiếng Anh, Mĩ thuật, Âm nhạc b.3 Cách thức thực sáng kiến: - Ngiên cứu, tìm hiểu kĩ phần mềm Netop School phiên 6.02 - Tải phần mềm, cài đặt vào máy tính (Máy chủ cài NetOp teacher; máy cài NetOp Student) - Thực thao tác với phần mềm cài đặt b.4 Các bước thực sáng kiến (giải pháp mới): Bước 1: Tải phần mềm NetOp School phiên 6.0.2 địa chỉ: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2axpwl0zsiloyjp/Danware%20NetOp %20School%20v6.0.2008329.rar?dl=0 Bước 2: Cài đặt, khởi động phần mềm a Cài đặt NetOp School Teacher:             - Nháy chọn Allow NetOp School Teacher to accept incoming network connection (nếu chưa chọn): cho phép chấp nhận kết nối xuyên qua tường lửa máy tính             - Nháy chọn Next                 - Chọn Save Installation files for future use (Change or Repair): Lưu tập tin cài đặt để sử dụng lần sau (thay đổi sửa chữa)                - Nháy chọn Install                 - Quá trình cài đặt tiến hành, vài phút cho tình             - Nháy chọn Launch the NetOp School teacher product (nếu chưa chọn): chạy phần mềm để tiến hành cấu hình             - Bước thứ ba chọn khởi động cho NetOp Student như: tự động vào lớp, chạy máy tính, thu nhỏ ẩn biểu tượng Taskbar khởi động c Khởi động: - Với NetOp Student cấu hình ta chọn chế độ khởi động với máy tính - Ngay sau thực thi Policy máy học sinh khơng thể truy cập vào ứng dụng mà ta chọ trước - Ngồi ra, chương trình cịn có chức quay lại diễn diến hình thành đoạn phim để hướng dẫn cho học sinh số ứng dụng phần mềm NetOp School Teacher mà chưa đề cập đến 3.3 Khả áp dụng giải pháp: -
