services: Domestic and international express delivery, many different services such as: Courier service (VCN), express delivery service (VHT), Economical delivery service (VTK), Viettel Post Joint Stock Company, widely known as Viettel Post, was established on July 1, 1997 with the initial mission of serving Military agencies in the Ministry of Defense In 2009, Viettel Post officially operated under the model of a joint stock company after successfully implementing the equitization plan through initial public offering On April 13, 2012, Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment granted a business registration certificate to Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation, which was established as the first corporation in the model of Military Telecommunications Group With a long-term vision and a view of sustainable development, Viettel Post has focused on investing in the field of Delivery With continuous efforts, Viettel Post has become one of the leading brands in Vietnam in terms of delivery with a series of post offices, operation centers and network expansion to all 100% of provinces and cities nationwide Viettel Post always considers human resources as a core factor and a suppliers not only in the delivery sector, but also in many other business areas as well As a result of all achievements the company get, Viettel Post has been recognized as a company with a sustainable development strategy There is a long list of Viettel Post's partners, including many large Vietnamese domestic and forgein enterpreise such as s Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam (Agribank), Sen Do Joint Stock Company (Sendo), Samsung Group (Samsung) , Nissan Vietnam Co., Ltd (Nissan)… The growing popularity of online shopping has become one of the main driving forces behind the growth of express delivery services in recent years The growth of online sales will outpace that of total retail sales, and business-to-customer (B2C) services will continue to be the strongest segment of ecommerce In order to maintain a competitive edge, e-commerce branches are cooperating more often (competitors such as TIKI, LAZADA, Shoppe,…) to distribute goods to consumers Producer The company owns a high-quality warehouse system in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai, Can Tho with a total area of more than 100,000m2, a convenient location for storing and transporting is probably the unique in delivery market in Vietnam Everything has a certain tradeoff and a shipping company like Viettel post should choose the best point in its strategies to develop and improve better, and that strength is the promise about the sustainability of goods For other transport units, although being fast in speed like Giao Hang Tiet Kiem or cheap freight like Ninja van, sometimes the goods reach the hands of consumers, in some cases that the box of goods is dented, the packages are dirty or torn or cannot keep its original shape, Viettel Post can guarantee that In the field of B2C transporting the consumer goods to the final customer, Viettel Post may be not a rival compared to other delivery services However, in the field of B2B distributing the industrial goods to manufacturers, factories, Viettel Post perfectly attains success because it ensures the preservation of products such as: parts of machinery, equipment until they are delivered Viettel post's postal staff are very responsible and always make sure not to damage the goods, Viettel Post is ready to compensate if any problems arise with its return policy Quality: The quality of service is able to meet the delivery needs, the whole process as well as the network infrastructure is always rated at a good level with qualified and well-trained staff, good service attitude In addition, customers also have a bad feeling about the reasonableness of the shipping cost, the conditions to ensure when participating in the service, the payment service still has many shortcomings, and the after-sales 2020 is 4.15 and in the third quarter of 2021 it is 2.8 The decrease in Accounts Receivables Turnover proves that the recovery speed of Viettel Post's receivables is slow, slows the company's capital limit disagreements in the company management in different regions or postal centers of the system The recruitment and training of delivery staff is not rigorous, leading to the attitude and working way is not really good, the attitude towards customers is poor => Measures: Need to focus on training human resources, staff at the post office should be enthusiastic and gentle, delivery staff must be polite, because for "service" customer service is not only responsibility of any individual but of everyone in the business The role of the supply chain has not been promoted in enterprises, leading to the inability to clearly see the benefits and importance of supply chain management in production, business and service activities => Measures: Suppliers are a very important part, businesses should pay more attention to building close relationships with their suppliers, need a fixed and long-term supplier , limiting the change of suppliers continuously reduces reputation and
