Sau khi xác định được trình tự vùng phiên mã nội ITS-rADN của 3 mẫu Xít xa, sử dụng phần mềm BIOEDIT7.2.0 để xác định tỉ lệ phần trăm thành phần (G+C) có trong mỗi trình tự. Kết quả tỉ lệ phần trăm (G+C) và kích thước vùng ITS- rADN được thể hiện ở bảng 3.7.
