Bài này 9,5 điểm Due to the Covid pandemic, inclass final examination can not be conducted. The final exam will be replaced by an Essay. The Essay tests your ability to apply theories that you have learnt in this course to real life HRM practices. This Essay is individual work. Make sure that you write this Essay by yourself. Copying from your friends or from the internet is subject to receiving zero grade. The Scenario: Assume that you was recruited as a staff member of UEB Department of Human Resource Management. For your first six months at the Department, the Department Manager assigned you to be responsible for two following tasks: Recruit ten lecturers who hold a PhD degree and be able to teach in English; Carry out training activities for lecturers. However, the Manager was not so sure that you can do the tasks properly so he required you to prepare a plan in which you needed to explain in details how you were going to do these two tasks and you had to submit the plan to the Manager in a week. Requirement: Prepare the plan that you need to submit to the HRM Department Manager of UEB.

To teach in the subject that assigned by Dean of Faculty follows the timetable - from Training Department and associated To teach materials for courses follows the course syllabus To support student exchange program, arrange and organize outside campus - activities for exchanged students To participate in the development and marking of exams and other assessments To assess students and checking attendance timely and send point evaluation to - Training Department at the end of semester To carry out research activities, establishing research group, reviewing and - publishing scientific research To organize conference and support in conference organization To support student exchange program, arrange and organize outside campus activities for exchanged students Personal specification - Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam; From full 18 years old and above and within the working age as prescribed; Have a registration form for recruitment; Have a clear background; Having a diploma or training certificate suitable to the position; Health enough to perform the job or task; Satisfy other conditions not contrary to the law as required by the job position Requirements 4.1 Ability - Master the basic knowledge of the subjects assigned to teach; have general knowledge about a number of related subjects in the assigned training major; - Understand and properly implement the objectives, plans, contents and programs of the assigned subjects in the training major Identify the practice and - development trend of training and research of the major at home and abroad; Effectively and safely use teaching means and equipment, have effective teaching methods, suitable to the subject's content; teaching satisfactory or higher; 4.2 Informatics and foreign languages - Part 1: Room 801, E4 Building, VNU Part and 3: Depend on lessons or meeting location at E4, HTM or VU building Time: - Part 1: session lasting 2,5 hours Part 2: sessions about lessons Part 3: seminor session Language: English Training content Part 1: Integration training for new lecturers - Introducing the organizational system (UEB's culture and brand), lecture halls (E4, - HTM, VU), training regulations, student evaluation scale Introduction of information technology system for teaching (wifi, projector - system, classrooms), internal email and school operation Introducing student clubs, scientific research projects at faculty, school and national university levels Part 2: Attending lectures at classes and professional seminars Attending lectures at classes and participating in professional seminars at the faculty level Thereby, lecturers understand the teaching culture at UEB, effective methods of knowledge transfer, methods of preparing learning materials and interacting with students Part 3: Participating in defending scientific research, defending grassroots thesis to understand scientific research activities at UEB In this part, new lecturers will participate in a faculty-level scientific research defense session Thereby, the lecturers will understand more about the method as well as the assessment that the council always at UEB 10 Evaluation of training results - Part 1: Evaluate by knowledge test This evaluation will be marked by Dean/Vice - Dean Part 2: Lecturers will have presentation after attending classes and professional seminars The presentation is the report of these classes This evaluation will be -
