Activity 2:

- Play the recording all the way through for pupils to listen Play it again for them to the task

- Get them to compare their answers before checking as a class Give explanations for answers which pupils find difficult Play the recording again to confirm the answers

Activity 5:

- Tell the class that they are going to read the text and fill the gaps with earache, sore throat, stomach ache, fever and

Remind them to focus on the context to select theappropriate words from the box - Get pupils to swap and compare their answers in pairs before checking as a class

Activity 6: Let’s sing:8’

- Tell the class that they are going to sing

What’s the matter with you? Have them read the lyrics Check their comprehension

- Play the recording all the way through for pupils to listen and follow in their books

- Play it again for them to repeat line by line When they are familiar with the melody, ask them to sing along with the music before practising doing actions - Invite one or two groups to sing the song and actions in front of the class
