- Skills: listening and speaking

- Attitude: students pay their attentions to listen to the dialogues and circle the correct answer

- Say out the rule

- Play the game with whole class - Link to the new lesson

New lesson:

1.Listen and repeat(10’): - Ask about the stress letters

- Write and introduce the words stress: ‘motorbike, ‘underground, ‘holiday, ‘family - Produce the sounds in a few times Ask Ss to repeat in a few times

- Teach these words in the sentence - Play CD and ask to repeat times - Call a model student

- Give time for group work to and practice 2 Listen and circle Then write and say aloud(15’):

- Have pupils look the missing sentences. -Tell the pupils that they are going to listen to the dialogues and circle the correct answer in the blanks

- Asks Ss to open their book

- Plays the recording for Ss to get familiarized with the pronunciation the stress, the rhythm and the intonation of the chant

- Plays the recording and asks Ss to repeat the chant

- Plays the recording once more for Ss to repeat whole the chant

- Calls some Ss to read the chant in front of class
