theo ưức tính nâm 2010 giới có khống 39 triệu người mù, đục thùy tinh thồ chiếm 51% nguyên nhân gầy mù [41J Ngày với đời phương pháp phẫu thuật nhù tương hóa thủy tinh thẻ phát triền vượt bậc cấu lạo cũa loại kính nội nhàn giúp điều trị cho nhiều bộnh nhân đục thủy linh thể [30], [31J, [34J Mục tiêu cùa phầu thuật đục thùy linh the phục hồi thị lực tốt cho bộnh nhân, đề đạt mục ticu kính nội nhàn đặt bao thúy linh the xem vị tri toi iru Tuy nhiên, để có the đặt kính nội nhan bao bao thủy tinh the phải nguyên vẹn dây chang Zinn phài đú vừng đê giừ kính bao Trên thực tế có trường hợp bao thúy tinh the mat khả nâng nâng đờ chan thương gây đục lệch thủy linh the, rách bao rộng đứt dây chẳng Zinn rộng biến chửng trình phầu thuật, dây chằng Zinn yếu bệnh nhân cận thị cao hội chứng giá tróc bao, đục lệch thúy linh thê bấm sinh trước đỏ bệnh nhân đà mo đặt kinh nội nhản bao thành cịng sau kính bị lệch chấn thưcmg dày chằng Zinn yếu dần theo tuồi Trong nhừng trường hợp này, nâng đừ cúa bao thuỹ linh the thường không đù cho việc đặt kinh bao rành thể mi Đe khắc phục trường hợp cỏ nhiều phương pháp nghiên cứu áp dụng khâu co định kinh vào cúng mạc, khâu kính vào mặt sau mong mat, cố định kính nội nhàn vào góc tiền phòng [13J, [51J Mỗi phương phâp đểu cỏ ưu điểm nhược diem khác nhau, lũy theo trường hợp cụ the mà mà phầu thuật viên sè đưa chi định cụ thể Vào năm 19X0 tác giả Jan Worst đà phát minh loại kinh nội nhàn thay cho kinh nội nhàn tiền phóng truyền thống, đỏ kính nội nhàn cố định tiền phịng phương pháp kẹp nhu mô mống chu biên vào kinh [52J Có nhiều nghicn cửu đà tiến hành cho thấy hiệu quã kính nội nhăn kẹp móng trường hợp bao thùy tinh the khà nâng nâng đờ [15J, [16], [37], Năm 1997 kinh nội nhàn kẹp mống cùa Worst cài ticn mặt thiết ke (ARTISAN®), kính khơng có thề cố định vào mặt trước mống mắt tiền phòng mà cỏ the cố định vào mặt sau mống mắt hậu phòng (rctropupillary iris claw intraocular lens) So với việc co định kính tiền phịng vả kính khâu vào mống mạc, kinh kẹp vào sau mống hậu phòng nằm gần vị trí tự nhiên cúa thùy linh thê him, giàm nãng làm ton thương nội mơ hem so với kính tiền phòng hạn che biến chứng liên quan chi khâu mạc khâu vào mống Do đỏ, phẫu thuật viên chuyến sang xu hưởng kẹp kính sau mống [19],[24], [25], [44] Cho đen nay, giới cỏ nhiều nghiên cứu lien hãnh nhằm đánh giá hiệu quà kinh nội nhãn kẹp sau mong mai trường hợp không the đặt kính bao thúy tinh the [17], [22], [2XJ, [46], [47J Tuy nhiên Việt Nam, thời điềm gần đày thi kính nội nhàn kẹp mổng bắt đẩu sừ dụng vần chưa có nghiên cứu đánh giá hiệu quã cũa phẫu thuật kẹp kính sau mống trường hợp bao thúy tinh thề khơng cịn khã nàng nâng đõ Chính vi lý mà chúng tơi lien hành nghiên cửu nham bước đau đánh giá hiệu quà cũa kính kẹp sau mổng mắt trường hợp bao thề thủy
