Period 1 Pre: Introduction I. Aim: By the end of the lesson, student will be able to: + make the students love the subject + give the students a chance to make acquaintance with the method to learn English in the secondary school. + make the students to catch the structures of this book. + know more about the method to learn English well. Ss answer : hello ,hi , hallo and hey. Teacher hangs 4 pictures on the board , covers the letters and ask the Ss to guess. This lesson, we learn how to greet people according to time. B. Presentation: + Presentation: Greetings - Teacher introduces : good morning/ afternoon/ evening/ night/bye, children eleven = 11, twelve = 12, thirteen = 13, fourteen = 14, - Teacher points to each picture and asks Ss to give suitable greetings according to time. - Teacher introduces the usage of them. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Good bye, bye bye, bye Good night. - Teacher has Ss to practise in pairs . - Call some pairs to practise.
