Introduce English 6. Sts listen and take note. English 6 is the 1st book for the frsh Sts in secondary school in Viet Nam. It consists of 16 units. Sts will learn 8 units in the 1st semester and the rest for the second one. Each unit includes 2 or 3 sections which related to eachother. Each section has basic activities as below: 1. Getting started with pictures which attract Sts. 2. Introduce the new content/ knowledge as in Listen and Read/ Listen and repeat. 3. Check the understanding as in Ask and answer questions/ Practice with a partner/ Match/ True or false . 4. Practice doing exercises in order to practice reading, listening, writing and speaking skills. 5. Remember is summarize the lesson.
