Lấy huyết khối bằng dụng cụ cơ học trong điều trị đột quỵ não cấp: Trường hợp lâm sàng

Bài viết này mô tả một trường hợp lấy huyết khối bằng dụng cụ cơ học thành công và tái thông được động mạch cảnh trong và động mạch não giữa bằng cách sử dụng dụng cụ cơ học Solitaire AB ở bệnh nhân có biểu hiện đột quỵ thiếu máu não cấp.

Đ t quỵ ; D ng c c A case report: Mechanical thrombectomy in treatment of acute stroke Summary We report a case of mechanical thrombectomy in which the Solitaire was used for acute cerebral ischemia in the scenario of total occlusion of the left internal carotid artery from cervical to terminal segment Full clinical recovery and totally radiographic recanalization were obtained on check - up images Mechanical thrombectomy is currently considered as a good option for treating acute cerebral ischemia related to large vessels, and is able to last the golden time until hours after the symptomatic onset Solitaire is widely being applied and is used to remove clots efficiently from the large vascular occlusions of the intracranial and extracranial cirrculation * Key words: Thrombectomy;
