Đồng thời hồn thành báo cáo loại văn liên quan để đón đồn kiểm tra Sở GD phòng chống tham nhũng năm 2011. 2/ Vềề công tác chuyên môn: a/ Cơng tác giảng dạy: * Ưu điểm: - Về ngày cơng: Nhìn chung đa số GV thực đảm bảo ngày cơng lên lớp, tham gia phong trào (nghỉ có giấy xin phép , phân GV khác dạy thay đổi tiết). - Về cơng tác soạn giảng: Giáo án soạn có chất lượng nội dung hình thức, áp dụng soạn theo ch̉n kiến thức kỷ năng, đa số GV sọan theo quy định, theo PPCT, giáo án TT tổ chun mơn kiểm duyệt trước dạy tuần. Giảng dạy theo phân phối chương trình, tuần thực dạy, sử dụng có hiệu ĐDDH (đặc biệt ĐDDH tự làm) - Về cơng tác dự thao giảng: 04 Tở chun mơn tổ chức 05 tiết thao giảng tổ (trong TXH 03 tiết) 43 tiết dự chéo. Các tiết dạy thao giảng xếp từ loại trở lên. - Về hồ sơ sổ sách: Đa số giáo viên có đầy đủ loại HSSS theo quy định vị trí, phận. Cập nhật thơng tin đầy đủ, báo cáo kịp thời TCM BGH hàng tuần-tháng. * Hạn chế: - Một vài GV chưa đảm bảo ngày cơng giảng dạy như: bận cơng việc nhà đột xuất; số GV cử cơng tác, dự lớp bồi dưỡng . Một vài GV vào trễ - sớm buổi dạy. - HSSS giáo án số GV thực chậm, chưa u cầu: bố cục, trình bày, hệ thống câu hỏi, nội dung ghi bảng, ngày soạn-ngày dạy .; vài GV nộp kiểm duyệt chưa định kỳ. - Một số mơn trễ chương trình vài tiết, chưa tổ chức dạy bù để đảm bảo tuần thực dạy. b/ Cơng tác chủ nhiệm lớp: * Ưu điểm: - Thực tốt cơng tác ổn đònh nề nếp trì só số học. - Thực có hiệu cơng tác vệ sinh trường lớp. - Tổ chức sinh hoạt đặn hàng tuần theo nội dung BGH đạo, có theo dõi, nhắc nhỡ xử lý trường hợp HS vi phạm nội quy trường lớp. Có phối hợp với PHHS GVBM để giáo dục HS cá biệt. - Hồn thành loại HSSS liên quan đến lớp chủ nhiệm hàng tuần, hàng tháng. Cập nhật bổ sung kòp thời thông tin học sinh vào sổ gọi tên ghi điểm. - Có thơng tin báo cáo kịp thời TCM, BGH vấn đề liên quan đến cơng tác chủ nhiệm. - Hàng tuần có sơ kết thi đua lớp, xây dựng kế hoạch hoạt động cụ thể thơng qua kế hoạch chủ nhiệm phong trào Đồn - Đội. - Các GVCN nhận phiếu “Vận động học sinh nghỉ học lớp” tiến hành xuống nhà vận động, qua trao đổi điện thoại có số học sinh trở lại lớp sau thời gian nghỉ. - Tổ chức HS tham gia tốt thi nghi thức Đội cấp trường vào chiều 24/4; thăm viếng, dọn vệ sinh khu tưởng niệm anh hùng liệt sĩ xã Khánh Hòa vào sáng ngày 24/4. * Hạn chế: - Một số lớp thực học tập, nề nếp, vệ sinh, tác phong, trật tự chưa tốt số GVCN thiếu nhắc nhỡ, xử lý yếu chưa có hiệu quả. - Tổ chức HĐNGLL mỏng, chưa tổ chức sinh hoạt sơi nổi. - Một số GVCN thực cơng tác thơng tin cho lớp, báo cáo TCM BGH chậm trễ so với u cầu đặt ra. - Một số lớp có học sinh nghỉ học hàng ngày chủ yếu nghỉ khơng có lý do.
