A VACATION DESTINATIONS( A1 , A2 , A3 )

I/ Objectives : Through this lesson , Ss can ask and answer about their plans for some

vacations

II/ Language :

1/ Structures : be going to + bare inf

2/ Vocabulary: ( v ) : make , visit

( n ) : plan , vacation , destination , citadel , beach , bay

III/ Teaching aids : tape , textbooks.

IV/ Lesson format :

1/ Warm up : T asks Ss to introduce some beautiful places in Viet Nam

Ss give the answers as : Ha Noi , Ho Chi Minh , Da Lat , Nha Trang , ………

T asks Ss the places they are going to visit

2/ Presentation :

- T introduces the content of A1 then present

new words

- Ss look at the picture in A1 and find the

meaning of these words

- Ss repeat after the tape twice the dial

- Then T guides Ss to take out the structures

3 Comprehension Check :

- T asks Ss to read the dial of the part A1 again

to get information about Lan

- Ss work in pairs to ask and answer about

these questions in part A2.

- Some pairs of Ss present the work in front of

class then write the answers on the board

- T corrects errors

4 Practice :

- T asks Ss to look at the pictures in A3 and

asks them the question : where it is ?
