Introduction

Today, globalization and international integration has become an objective trend inthe process of world economic development The process of globalization andinternational economic integration have created favorable opportunities forcountries The businesses have the opportunity to develop, they also brings greatchallenges of competition and ability to attract the market To have the position inthe market and meet the requirements of consumers with high quality products,reasonable prices, the enterprises should closely monitor the stages from the firststage to the last stage of the producing process, from finding the source of rawmaterial to finding the target markets It can result to ensure effective workingcapital, improve live standard of workers and bring benefits to the enterprise.Therefore, to improve business efficiency and product sales, enhancecompetitiveness in the market, the enterprises must build an effective, stable andsolid management apparatus at all sides: the management areas from production toconsumption products along with financial management, accounting and auditingactivities, and human resources management… Because admin activity plays animportant role in deciding the survival and development of the enterprises so thefirms need to build rational and effective management plans and inspect regularly toadjust and complete administrative operations They also need to coordinateactivities among departments in order to perform management functions which canprovide the best performance

After a period of research and practical work, I realized particularly important role

of business management activities in the company With the enthusiastic guidance

of Master Nguyen Thi Minh Huyen, the enthusiastic help of Dai Tien Manh

company, I decided to report the internship period to the topic: “ Analysis of

business administration at Dai Tien Manh services and trade joint stock company ”.

On my report about internship period, it’s my privilege to thank for all the peoplewho contributed to make this period a great experience for my life If not for thecommitment of them, from arranging training establish selections to the end ofentire 6 weeks, it would not be this much interesting.

I sincerely thank to the help of the company in the course of practice During theinternship period, with the help and enthusiastic support of the company, Iunderstood the business administration activities, I had the opportunity to apply theknowledge in schools to the actual process It helps me with the practical experiencebefore graduation From there, I had an insight view about business administrationapparatus in the enterprise which help me complete my internship report

I must thankful to International School which has created favorable conditionsabout the time and procedures for me in the internship period

I am grateful to Ms Nguyen Thi Minh Huyen for her careful and precious guidancewhich were extremely valuable for my study both theoretically and practically

I perceive as this period as a milestone in my knowledge development I will strive

1 The name and address:

- Company name: Dai Tien Manh services and trade joint stock company

- Trading name: DTM SAT., JSC

- Address: Room 301/56, Dao Tan street, Cong Vi ward, Ba Dinh district,

2 History of the business establishment:

Dai Tien Manh services and trade joint stock company was established on

01-08-2007 and operated on 03-08-01-08-2007

After more than 8 years of operation, the company has made great transformation inthe business, the company's main product is the Korean imported fabrics, beddings(blankets, quilts, draps, pillows, mattress)… Besides, the company also producesthe blankets, pillows, cushions and clothes to serve domestic customer needs

3 Enterprise scale:

Dai Tien Manh company is directly managed by Tax department of Hanoi Thecharter capital is 5.000.000.000 VND, the company's capital is preserved andincreases with the growth of the company Annually, the company manufacturesproducts on a large scale to bring in revenue and high profits Besides the raised

fund of Dai Tien Manh company, the firm also built a good relationship with theBank so the Bank can supported more effectively the capital for production andbusiness activities

Annual revenues of the company have reached more than 15 billion VND and theannual profit have reached more than 2 billion VND (in the last 5 years)

From 2010 to now, the number of employees in the company increased from 20people to 28 people (100% university level)

4 Functions and duties of the business:

Developing an organizational mission and support the mission statement has onemain purpose, which is to guide organizations to achieve competitive advantage.These claims will make strategic step for the organization, give the strategic goalsand the motivation for those cared about the process of implementation anddevelopment of the strategy The missions and orientations of enterprises indicatedthat “where we are going", "why it is so important" and "what we will do aroundthis problem" The statements also help employees and customers to understand thedifference between company and the competitors The competitive advantage ofenterprises are also mentioned in these statements, so the staff, suppliers, partnersand customers can clearly see why enterprises are different special and better thancompetitors (in some specific field)

- Target: High-quality products is the center, the market orients thedevelopment and the maximum profit is development goal

- Maxim: Product quality is the survival and development of enterprises.Delivery sufficient quantities and on time is the honor and reputation of thebusiness Reasonable price is shown as competitive capability in the market

- Director: This is the top manager who is in charge of and operates all

general aspects of the company She directs the task performance, builds production

and business plans, improves working conditions for workers

- Vice-director: This is an assistant of director with operating functions of

issuing the directives for specific areas He is responsible for the management,

technical , the quality of administration, supervision and monitoring implementation

of occupational safety for officers and employees

- Organization and Administration department: Organizing and managing

the administrative governance in the company, which serves to create favorable

conditions for the departments and units, the unions and workers to perform their

assigned tasks Especially, they have the responsibilities for the arrangement of

under the command of director.

- Accounting and Financial department: This department is responsible for

monitoring the financial revenues and expenditures, import – export - in stock ofsupplies and preparing tax reports, financial statements and financial situation ofmanagement in the company

- Business department: This department is tasked to closely follow market,

quotes the suitable materials and time for the market to meet customer needs Theydevelop the business plan in current and in future The main objective is the bridgebetween business and consumers

- Engineering and production department: They are technical management

of product quality, management of construction equipment and labor safety forcompany They guide the technical safety and quality of labor protection, inspectand handle the violations

1 Situation of product consumption:

To develop in a competitive environment, the sale activities are attached greatimportance which are conducted with many different tasks, from understandingmarket needs, sourcing material, organization and sales promotion

2 Marketing policy:

products and services, then locate them on the market The new products andservices are the answer of the company due to the change in customer preferencesand also the strength of competition Customer needs change, companies mustinnovate to satisfy and meet the needs of customers As a result, the roles of modernmarketing are:

o Identifying customer needs, establish and lead the process of innovation

o Coordinating with other research and development to accelerate the process

of implementation of new products It is the most important factor affecting thesuccess of a product

o Help businesses identify new trends, quickly become levers, turning theminto opportunities, help for the development of strategic and sustainable growth ofthe company

o Moving from pursuing sales viewpoint to creating customer viewpoint.Previously, manufacturers or service providers always chasing customers, now theyknow to go ahead, catch up with their customer’s needs, proactively respond to thisdemand Even, they actively elicit customer needs; provide quality products withreasonable price suit to each subject; create a bridge between customers andmanufacturers, avoid raising prices which manufacturers cannot control

"best satisfy customer needs"and “maintain maximum customer loyalty."

The modern marketing has influenced on perceptions, behavior of the entiremarketing industry New battle of the company is to win in the minds of customers,win the "top of mind" of customers This change has led to new working methodsand new approaches, more cloning and sophisticated Moreover, modern marketingideas also affect the behavior of manufacturers and service providers with thesubcontractors and their distributors They begin to consider subcontractors anddistributors as partners instead of as clients and treated respectively according to thewin - win principle

Marketing activities are considered as basic strategy of the company, it effects toproduction planning as well as remaining activities of the company

2.1 Product policy:

The product is a satisfy customer demand answer for consumer demand Therefore,the success of marketing strategy lies firstly in the company's product or services.Product strategy has always maintained a leading important position in marketingstrategy

The company always concerned about the quality and the health of consumers, usednon-toxic materials and interested in processing their products to reach the highestsafety level The company identified that the trust of customers derived from theperception about the quality products Therefore, the company invests technologicalinnovation continuously, improves constantly product design for diversity Productquality is improved, along with the warranty from 1 to 15 years
