• 1)management:

• A manager's most important, and most difficult job is to manage people You must lead, motivate, inspire, and encourage them…

• Good managerial skills are all about planning and utilising time, resources and man power to get the work done A leader is a visionary, who must have the ability to see the bigger picture of things

• Good managers not only use their ‘positional power’ to direct, supervise and manage the resources of an organisation but also play inspire,

influence and challenge people to achieve greater goals

Leadership is "organizing a group of people to

achieve a common goal".

• A good leader must take responsibility and deal with the challenges and accept change They

must encourage their employees by creating a good working environment (income, excitement, challenge, safety at work, promotion, etc.), to

• This skill requires the sophistication, flexibility and

needs of the communication object

• As a Manager you have to cope with people This is your daily bread The way you communicate with others can be a key to either your success or failure

• The word encouragement emanates from the Latin word Cor, meaning heart It means to give courage, confidence or hope Having courage is having the ability to disregard fear and to be brave The easiest way to be brave and fearless is to listen to and follow your heart To further your level of success you must

establish a system for self-encouragement.

1) Ensure the safety and peace of colleagues

Managers only really successful with your task manager while ensuring the safety of your

employees and colleagues Because people only complete the job, first of all there should

be safety.

2 Create favorable conditions for joint work

• a manager has to improve themselves and makes

an effort to meet the employees’ expectation.

• A good manager always put the interests of

employees first.And the role of managers is to

find the balance between business needs and

requirements of the higher levels of management and staff needs So managers have to work with your team colleagues, with higher levels of

management and all employees in the company.

 Managers encourage employees to work as a team It

develops a team spirit in the organisation This unity brings success to the company

 The manager must have specific actions to show employees that they are interested Such employees will be devoted to common tasks Establish collective spirit is enthusiasm, job satisfaction results.
