Warm-up/Pre-speaking: (Questions and answers) T asks sts some questions Sts give the answers T asks sts to do exercise 1 on page 20 Sts work in pairs to put the sentences in the correct order to make a complete conversation T calls some sts to write their order on the board T checks and corrects 2.While- speak: T asks sts to practise the dialogue in pairs * Questions and answers: + Do you have a telephone at home? + What would you say when you pick up the phone to answer it? + What would you say if you are the caller? 1. Put the sentences below in the correct order to make a complete conversation. * Answers: 1-b 2-f 3-j 4-a 5-i 6-c 7-e 8-k 9-g 10-h 11-d 2.
