of education and training to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization, in the context of socialist-oriented market economy and international integration" in real life, contributing to the development of the City's education and
training career, maintaining the leading role of country, gradually integrating with countries in the region and the world with many positive solutions and initially achieving some successes
Internationalization of education is a common development trend of universities and colleges in the world and Vietnam This is an inevitable and developing trend, it is reflected in policies of Party and Government on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training Internationalization of education will contribute
to improve the quality of global learning experience, promote the integration process
of education at all levels in Vietnam in the region and the world therefore it can enhance career potential for students
Many forms of international cooperation in education in Vietnam are drastically changing the picture of higher education With different advantages and disadvantages, all these forms have contributed to the international integration process of Vietnam education become more vibrant than ever At the same time, it also reveals many shortcomings, challenges that require proper and adequate recognition
With the aim of learning and studying about opportunities and potentials in international cooperation, development of science and technology in education, career opportunities for students by professions as well as improving their foreign language ability, I chose to practice at ly Tu Trong College in Ho Chi Minh City This is also an opportunity for me to interact with foreign experts to learn and practice in English-working environment for later career

The Department of Scientific Research and International Relations is responsible for advising the Rector in the management of activities on scientific research, technology transfer, scientific and production information, foreign affairs, international foreign security, reputation promotion of the College at home and abroad The Department of Scientific Research and International Relations is tasked to carry out works in the following two areas:

During my internship at Bach Nghe Technical College, I was assigned to the Department of Scientific Research and International Relations, in field of International Relations In the Department, I have learned and studied the regulations, process of management and implementation of scientific and technological international subjects, projects and programs; studied rules of international relations, rules of support the procedures for the entering and departing delegations and directly participate in supporting the professional management of international relations
In addition to professional works, I also participated in supporting information research, translating of English documents, managing lecturers' scientific records

2.3 Difficulties and advantages during the internship
During my internship at OCB Bank, I received very enthusiastic support from the Department's leaders as well as the officers and staff Here, I have the opportunity to work in a professional environment with friendly colleagues who
Trang 13always help and guide me in professional knowledge and skills There is close coordination and support between units and faculties, everyone unites and helps each other in work
Besides the advantages, I also encountered some difficulties because my knowledge and skills were limited The first few days of practicing I was quite confused, knowledge was brought into a new awareness in reality In addition, the internship period was quite short, only 4 weeks, so I did not experience and interact thoroughly with the work at the Faculty

Through 4 weeks of internship, I learned more knowledge and practical experience at work It helps me better understand the career I am pursuing, supporting me in the next steps in my career
I was assigned to work on paperwork as well as writing important newspapers From there, I not only expanded my knowledge but also expanded my social relationships and became more confident in communication.These are extremely valuable experiences for me
In addition to new structures, I also have facilities to improve foreign language skills, translate information, support international countries, and translate for foreigners Since then, it has not only helped me improve my English reading and writing skills but also my listening and speaking skills This is a very useful experience for my future jobs
3.2 Soft skills
During the internship, in addition to practical knowledge, I also learned soft skills From a person who has a habit of working independently, I learned how to work in a team I realized that support and teamwork help speed up work progress and complete it quickly and effectively For example, in the process of preparing to welcome foreign delegations, we assigned tasks appropriate to the abilities and advantages of each member to prepare information about partners, presentations as well as documents materials for the meeting
Daily contact with teachers and students makes me feel younger, more dynamic and enthusiastic about work
