History of formation and development of DL Garment Co., Ltd
Libé, founded by Ms Bui Ngoc Thao Linh on February 20, 2013, opened its first store at 26 Ly Tu Trong Street, District 1, on March 29, 2014, just one year after its establishment.
After many positive activities, strong development, and brand expansion,
Ms Bui Ngoc Thao Linh has established DL Garment Co., Ltd on 17 of March th 2015.
In recent years, Libé has experienced significant growth, drawing in a larger customer base To enhance customer service, Libé has expanded by opening two new locations in Ho Chi Minh City and one in Hanoi The Ho Chi Minh City branches are situated at 52 Nguyen Trai Street in District 1 and 65 Tu Xuong Street in District 3, both established in August 2016.

Libé offers uniquely designed products featuring sharp lines and diverse fabrics, resulting in high-quality, eye-catching outfits that attract a growing range of buyers The brand has expanded significantly, operating four branches—three located in Saigon and one in Hanoi.

It can be satisfying for the customers to be given their wishes by Libé; therefore, it is beneficial that stable customer volume continues to rise.
For an organization to achieve excellence and significant growth, it is essential to have a dedicated team of employees who embody high performance, integrity, and teamwork Libé is fortunate to possess such a valued group of staff.
Building a brand name from scratch can be challenging, as initial recognition is limited Libé has invested significant time and resources in advertising to reach potential customers However, not all of Libé's products align with customer preferences, resulting in unsold inventory, including raw materials, components, work in progress, and finished goods, aside from their best-selling items.
Libé has more and more branches so they have difficulties with human resources management There are still unsatisfied customer feedback which are not totally solved yet.
As the market becomes increasingly saturated with local brands and competitors resembling Dottie and Sodapop, it is crucial for Libé to differentiate itself To stand out, Libé must focus on creating products that are not only more creative and unique but also embrace a sense of originality and quirkiness.
In addition to it, Libé can consolidate its position by organization interesting programs.
Libé’s sales revenue
Libe's revenue has shown a consistent upward trend from 2016 to 2019, as evidenced by sales software data Notably, the revenue in 2019 experienced a remarkable doubling compared to previous years, highlighting significant growth during this period.
2018 The revenue results show that the business activities of Libé are increasingly strong development, and the brand will be further expanded in the future.

INTERN WORKS AT THE COMPANY
Internal accounting works
Verifying sales invoices involves comparing the customer invoices recorded in the sales management software, Suno, with the goods listed in the sales sheet During the sales process, staff input product details into the software, print customer bills, and subsequently log the information into the sales sheet.
11) And over the next day I have to check the sales of the previous day, this must be done daily.
This article aims to monitor employee sales by tracking the names and quantities of products purchased by customers, as well as the accuracy of the amounts paid Accurate data entry is crucial, as errors or omissions can lead to discrepancies between the sales software and actual inventory Furthermore, incorrect entries regarding product names and quantities can result in inaccurate end-of-day sales reports.
Besides, this work also to avoid employees stealing products or money of the shop.
To access sales data, I begin by logging into the Suno sales management software using my account Next, I navigate to the "Don hang" section on the left, selecting the desired store branch and date for review The software then presents the sales invoices for that specific day, as illustrated in figure 9.
In the invoice verification process, I meticulously compare each invoice against the sales sheet If the details match, I mark it with a tick in column A; if discrepancies arise, I record the error and report it to the chief accountant For instance, invoice px021212 correctly reflects the purchase of "racing road pants – grey," as noted in the sales sheet However, invoice px021214 presents an issue, as the customer purchased "structure longsleeves – black," but the sales sheet inaccurately recorded it as "structure longsleeves – green."
After reviewing the sales invoices, I verify the total amount of daily sales, as illustrated in figure 12 If there is a discrepancy in the end total, the sales assistants from that day are held accountable for the missing funds.
Finally, I report the mistakes to the chief accountant to solve them.
After doing this work many times, I am able to perform it proficiently and easily find the mistake faster.
Employees have improved, entered the goods more carefully after being reminded and fined a few times Therefore, my checking sales invoices become easier and complete quickly.

Every Wednesday, stores are required to conduct an inventory count to ensure accuracy with the sales management software data I am responsible for overseeing the store located at 65 Tu Xuong Street, District.
The primary goal is to ensure sufficient inventory levels to mitigate the risk of loss Additionally, verifying the merchandise in the warehouse against the inventory sheet is essential to confirm accuracy If the quantities align, it indicates that the inventory is correctly accounted for.
14 goods issued and received is recorded right And if not, it means there are mistakes in the recording.
Besides, I understand the details of how many products are still in stock need to be sold rapidly and propose to manufacture more best-selling items whose quantity is small.
To efficiently manage the extensive inventory in the store, our team divided responsibilities among the staff Three employees focused on counting products located on poles, counters, and cupboards, while two others, including myself, handled the stock count After completing the inventory, we organized the products neatly for easy access and cleanliness Finally, we documented the counts in the designated columns of the inventory sheet titled “Hang Hoa 65 TX.”
After having the total quantity, I have to compare it with the number in the
“Suno” column in inventory sheet If the quantity is different, I will color that product, find out the reason and note in the “Note” column
The Aircraft Black Jacket product has a discrepancy in its serial number due to a fault, prompting staff to return it to the factory for repairs The issue has been documented and illustrated in Figure 13.
Subsequently, I finish the inventory sheet and submit it to the chief accountant for review and approval.
When products go missing without an apparent cause, a recount will be conducted If the lost items remain untraceable, the sales assistants will participate in the return process by distributing the missing items equally among all staff members at that location.
Accurate inventory management is essential due to the vast number of products, as items can become entangled or misplaced, leading to counting errors By effectively tracking goods in the warehouse, I can identify which products are performing well, allowing for better organization and easier access to high-demand items.
The disparity in the quantity of goods can be attributed to various factors, including defective items awaiting repair, products borrowed for promotional purposes, and errors made by sales personnel in recording product names Consequently, it is essential to meticulously review the records that document these discrepancies.
2.1.3 Manage goods receive and issue from the stock
At the branch store located at 65 Tu Xuong Street, I oversee the counting of goods delivered from the garment factory, entering the quantities into our sales management software and organizing them in the warehouse When staff members need to retrieve items, I verify the stock levels and document them on the goods management sheet titled “Kho hang 65 TX.” This process ensures accurate tracking of inventory movement, streamlining the management of goods in the warehouse for improved efficiency.
When receiving merchandise from the garment factory, the first thing is that
To ensure accurate inventory management, I first count the merchandise and compare it with the provided invoices After informing the chief accountant and obtaining approval, I input the quantity of goods into the sales management software If the merchandise needs to be imported into the warehouse, I record the quantity in the "Kho hang 65 TX" sheet For instance, on January 15, I entered the quantity delivered by the factory into the sales software, as illustrated in Figure 14.

“Kho hang 65 TX” (as shown in Figure 15).
When inventory is depleted, it is essential to release additional stock from the warehouse I must verify the quantity of items removed by the staff and accurately document this information in the "Kho hang 65 TX" sheet For example, on January 19th, after staff members retrieved certain items, I recorded the quantities in the designated sheet, as illustrated in Figure 15.
Office works
I assist my superiors with printing, photocopying, and scanning documents, primarily focusing on meeting texts and invoices from garment factories, as well as those for purchased fabrics and raw materials By scanning these important documents and storing them on the computer, I ensure they are securely archived and easily accessible, preventing any potential loss.
Performance of photocopy and scan documents:
To begin using your printer, start it up and ensure you have sufficient paper and ink, then connect it to your computer Next, place the paper face down on the printer's surface For photocopying, simply click the "Copy" icon, select the desired number of black and white copies, and initiate the print When scanning documents, open the HP Smart application on your computer, click "Scan," and save the scanned files.
In this article, I gained valuable skills in operating a printer for printing, copying, and scanning documents I discovered the importance of regularly checking for paper jams and ensuring there is enough ink before starting any printing tasks to avoid interruptions.
After receiving the goods and entering the quantity on the sales management software, I will print product codes so that the staff can attach the codes on the clothes tags
To print product codes using Suno, first log in and navigate to the “Hang hoa” section on the left, then select “In ma vach.” Next, input the product names and the quantity needed, download the information as a PDF file, and print it After printing, you will have the product codes ready to be affixed to clothing tags by your sales assistants.
After two attempts, I improved my skills in printing product codes Accurate printing is crucial, as errors like overprinting or misplacing codes can lead to wasted paper and confusion among staff.

2.2.3 Making contact with garment factory
When additional production is required, the chief accountant requests that I contact the garment factory to inquire about the quantity of extra sewing goods and schedule a delivery Additionally, if there are delays in the delivery of goods, I must communicate with the garment factory to understand the reasons for the delay and establish a new delivery timeline.
I begin by receiving information from the chief accountant before contacting the garment factory If additional sewing products are needed, I promptly email the factory with the exact names and quantities specified by the chief accountant In cases of late, over, or missing deliveries, I reach out to the factory for clarification After obtaining their feedback, I report back to the chief accountant and meticulously record the figures to compare with the delivery, ensuring accuracy in both quantity and quality.
I have to follow the production situation actively and delivery goods to ensure the shipment on time as well as the amounts and quality of them by request.
Observation works
Sales assistants enjoy flexible six-hour shifts, with Shift 1 running from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM and Shift 2 from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM However, punctuality is crucial, as late arrivals result in a one-hour salary deduction, and failing to clock in with a fingerprint incurs a penalty of 20,000 VND.
Employees from other department of the company work from 9:00 to 18:00. Break time begins from noon to 13:00 And they will be fined when they are 30 minutes late for work.
The staff are free to wear according to their personal preferences The sales assistants wear the uniform provided by the company or other Libé’s costumes that they have
Libé staff will get a 20% discount on purchases
Every year the company will organize three to four parties to reward employees as well as to encourage and motivate their working spirit.
2.3.2 Payroll form of the company
Staff will receive their salary by cash or by bank transfer during the period from the 10 to the 12 every month th th
Sales assistants earn an hourly wage of 15,000 VND, with potential increases of 2,000 VND every six months based on performance They also receive a daily parking allowance of 10,000 VND and bonuses for meeting company revenue targets Salaries are doubled on holidays such as Liberation Day, International Labor Day, and Independence Day, while during Tet holidays, employees can expect their salary to be tripled along with additional Tet bonuses.
Employees in various departments such as business development, human resources, marketing, accounting, and design receive a monthly salary, parking allowance, and performance-based bonuses Salaries and bonuses vary based on job roles, positions, and individual performance.
Accountants play a crucial role in managing expense payments, ensuring the accuracy of invoices and confirming payments They oversee various expenses, including materials, equipment, garment factory payments, salaries, monthly office leases, store premises, and repairs, all of which are processed through bank accounts.
Pay electricity bill, water bill, sanitation bill, and offering will be paid by cash.

The company fosters a comfortable and dynamic work environment that facilitates my internship experience The friendly and enthusiastic staff are always willing to support me, despite their busy schedules, making me feel fortunate and at ease It's evident that the company's business activities are progressing well towards its goals.
The Libé fashion brand, part of DL Garment Co., Ltd., features four uniquely designed stores predominantly in white, promoting a bright and spacious atmosphere Each store's distinctive layout and attractive decorations, along with well-organized product displays, create a luxurious and comfortable shopping experience for customers However, DL Garment Co., Ltd faces challenges, such as occasional delays in product delivery from the garment factory, resulting in a shortage of new and best-selling items Additionally, stock management issues arise from discrepancies in inventory counts and data entry errors To overcome these difficulties, the company is committed to finding more effective solutions.

It is regretful that I have not applied much of the accounting knowledge into the job.
