- Trading name: Xuan Dung Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd

- Address: 222 Vo Nguyen Giap, Son Tra District, Da Nang City

Director: A director is the person who manages and supervises all

business activities and people as well as cooperative activities of theenterprise

Deputy director: The Deputy Director is also a senior personnel position

in the executive apparatus, handling and deciding on behalf of theDirector when the Director is absent

Front Office Depart-ment: The general role of the front office is to

receive guests when they arrive at the hotel for check-in and check-outprocedures In addition, the hotel's telephone operators and guestcommunication functions are located in the Front-office

Food Department: This department provides food and beverage services

to hotel guests Includes 3 other divisions: Bar Department, StoveDepartment, Restaurant Department

Security Department: The security department is tasked with preventing

and dealing with potential and existing threats to guests, staff andproperty of the entire hotel

Housekeeping Department: The main work that the housekeeping

department undertakes is cleaning, laundry, arranging furniture in theroom neatly and neatly

Engineer Depart-ment: Responsible for all technical issues,

maintenance of electrical equipment, water, carpentry, sound and light, Planning procurement, forecasting, maintenance to prevent risks

Human Resource Department: The role of the hotel human resources

department is to recruit, train, evaluate, organize labor and wages Helpthe hotel operate stably, efficiently, ensure revenue and profit

A receptionist work at front desk department must be have some qualitications: :

- Being proficient in foreign languages, especially English, in addition, can be fluent

in Korean, Chinese, Japanese is an advantage

- Having experience and expertise in the same field of hotels and resorts

- Having a sense of responsibility and discipline

- Being honesty, agility, vivacity, fun

- Being able to observe, listens and understands best the requirements or questions

of customers

I spent 5 weeks on traniing in the MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel Company I went to the comany 3 days a week My working timetable is dependent on the working schedule of the company

Office Time: - In the morning: from 7:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m

- In the afternoon: from 1:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m

I would report my internship as follows:

I was assigned to the position of the company's receptionist when I was accepted into the MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel During the first week of the internship, I got to know everyone in the company as well as the work I did while working at the company I learned a lot of coping skills as well as how to deal with situations at work During my internship at MAXIMILAN Danang Beach Hotel, I was acquainted with many new things such as the fact that I always have to listen and respond to customers' requests, always smiling and happy when

communicating In addition, I also learned how to communicate so that customers feel satisfied when consulting over the phone I found it very interesting to learn about new software references for the company's front desk work I had many

opportunities to practice the English skills that I learned in university and acquire new skills to help me improve.

By the third week, I was used to answering customers by phone and email.Not only that, I received a lot of translation-related work such as translatingcustomer notices and emails, reading product reports and advertisements Besides, Iwas supported by my colleagues when facing difficulties and I had become moreprofessional doing this job Therefore, when working as well as interacting withcustomers, I had more confidence than before knowing how to use more specializedterms to improve work efficiency This week, most of the work was not really hardfor me anymore, so I had become more mature and professional than 2 weeks ago.
