1 General introduction

1.1 Reasons for choosing the place for internship:

FSG Group Company Limited posted the recruitment news in detail with the employer's information, vacancies, working hours, working location and trainee allowance Because of the clear description, I applied immediately to the company for the internship

The working environment here provides many skills The Content Marketing Department of FSG Group Company Limited requires members to work in team to accomplish any task, so I had the opportunity to learn how to collaborate in teamwork, cooperated to develop myself I also learned other skills such as software education, problem solving, and communication The company is an ideal place to help me improve my English writing skills The company requires interns with good English proficiency and no experience, trainees will be trained from the beginning So the place to practice

is in accordance with my ability

The company creates clear promotion opportunities for interns After two months of internship, the human resources, the functional department will evaluate and approve the interns to become an official employee of the company

Company culture matches personal culture: As a newly established private company, FSG Group Company Limited has young and dynamic employees The leaders and staffs are extremely friendly, the working environment is free and comfortable, very suitable for my personal style

2 Personal experiences

2.1 Useful knowledge and attitude learned at the university for the internship

The knowledge from the university has helped me in my work Good English skills are a solid and outstanding academic foundation that helped me get the internship I wanted My ability to solve real problems proves my achievements and the information that exists in my profile

Specialized English including: academic writing, office English, language analysis and assessment are direct subjects that play an important role

in my process as a content creator In addition, other subjects have contributed

to good English listening, speaking and reading skills, complementing the writing skills I need to use

The experience that I gained during my internship is very valuable FSG Company is a healthy, dynamic and potential working environment for young people who are enthusiastic and want to discover themselves Thanks to FSG Company, I have the opportunity to work in a professional environment, supported by a very enthusiastic and young staff Furthermore, FSG Company taught me how to communicate with colleagues and seniors Leaders are strict
