The internship opportunity which I had with : Hung Loc Phat Food Co.Ltd from November 28, 2022 to January 14, 2023 was a great chance for me to enhance my knowledge, learned practical skills, worked in a professional environment and put what I learned at school into practice Therefore, ] consider myself a very lucky individual as I could meet and work with so many excellent people who instructed me during my internship

First of all, In the process of studying at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Social Sciences of Ba Ria — Vung Tau University, I taught by dedicated teachers as well as imparting useful and very important knowledge for my future working process I would like to sincerely thank the school administration and teachers for their dedication to teaching and helping me successfully complete this graduate internship | would like to express my sincere thanks to my supervisors, Ms Pham Thi Hai Yen who supported me by pro per guidance, sincered comments and adviced, and led me the right way to conduct my internship report I also would love to thank all of my respected teachers in the faculty of foreign languages who heartedly impart to us the knowledge during four years

Hung Loc Phat Food Co., Ltd was a food enterprise The company was specializing in providing essential products for stores, supermarkets, retailers, restaurants,etc In Ba Ria Vung Tau province and surrounding areas

Firstly, Director was Ms.Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan who was the legal representative of the company, responsible for business results and fulfilled obligations to the state In addition, the director of the company was the one who developed development strategies, organizational and management plans to run all production and business activities

Secondly, Vice director was Mr Nguyen Xuan Tinh as a person who helped the CEO of some areas of the company as assigned by the director of the company, responsible to the director of the company and the law before the assigned tasks The Deputy director of the company was appointed, dismissed, rewarded and disciplined by the Director of the company

Thirdly, Sales department was the department that fulfills the planned targets set by the company and directly communicates with customers Advising the Director in the field of product consumption of the company and developed market share, drew up contracts for product consumption, promptly resolving customer complaints Besides, run ads to promote the company's products to customers, expand the market

Hung Loc Phat Food Co., Ltd covered areas such as wholesale of food goods, supplying goods to eateries, hotels, restaurants, and sale of synthetic dry goods (excluding state-prohibited categories) The company always ensured a sufficient amount of goods for a large number of customers for the past five years 1.4 Sales department

Today, in a market economy with businesses grew competitively, in order to survive and develop, need to be autonomous in their production and business activities, and find ways to maximize profits Therefore, in order to do effectively business and improve competitiveness, enterprises had to constantly renew, perfect the management apparatus, improve material and technical facilities, and improve their professional qualifications Besides, one of the most important activities were business activities However, each task in the sales department worked differently, but the first and last basic purpose of every business was to sell goods, earn high profits, and maintain credibility with customers

Hung Loc Phat Food Co., Ltd was a company specializing in providing food products for supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, retail agents,etc.in Ba Ria Vung Tau province and surrounding areas Operating since 2018 until now, the company grew strongly day by day because of its clear business orientation Currently, with the increasingly competitive market and high demand from customers, the company also had new orientations to more develop

Aware of the importance of working positions in the business department with the reality for businesses, I chosed to practice as a sales officer at Hung Loc Phat Food Co., Ltd to lean and could the hope of being able to come up with some solutions to help a small part of Hung Loc Phat Food Co., Ltd to improve and develop

2.2 Detail description

During the 8 weeks of internship at Hung Loc Phat Food Co., Ltd., I was supported and assigned tasks by the sales department leader so that I could gain more experience in different fields such as human resource administration, customer care, sales, telesale,etc, Each task helped me to have more lessons in the real work environment by combining the knowledge that I learned in school with the practical knowledge that I interned at the company

2.2.1 Administrative work, arrangement of records

The first week of my internship at the company from November 28, 2022 to December 4, 2022, I was tasked with arranging records for the company.

In the beginning, it was time for me to start work and learn the details of the company Organizing office records 1s not an easy task, especially when it comes to organizing a large amount of records and documents with the job of arranging records for the sales department, it ensured that when employees need to find important documents faster Besides, the task of arranging records for the sales department also helped me learn more about the company's business performance recently

In order to complete the task of organizing records for the sales department, I divided the work to make it easier

Firstly, I divided piles of documents and files into more manageable chunks I processed the stacks one by one and cleaned or destroyed unnecessary paperwork to reduce volume and limit redundancy Besides, I have divided the remaining documents and records into two separate parts, one part was the records that need to be resolved in the near future, and the rest was archived records and did not need to be processed

Secondly, | sorted by file type if the profile was in more than one section of the business Some of the records involved invoices, warranties, or contracts and I had to sort them out Label each record as appropriate and place all relevant documentation in the record I created a profile that includes documents that need to be handled urgently so that important documents can be found quickly I had also lined up temporary files in the front and archives in the back of the drawer so you could access the files to be handled more easily

Thirdly, I sorted the records by date, with the records used for storage I sorted by time so that when the time comes, it could be easily found again, just need to determine the time period gained

Through the task of arranging the assigned records, I learned how to arrange the most reasonable records, to easily find when needed The task seemed easy, but it also required us to should have creativity, flexibility, and specific plans to make the task easier

2.2.2 Customer care

I assigned the task of customers care with the support of Ms Le Vinh Thuyen since my second week of internship at the company from December 5, 2022.

After I] learned about the company, product business I assigned the task of taking care of customers, this was the job where the Customer Service Officer was the person who directly contacts the company's customers to assist in answering customer questions about products or services that supply company To accomplish this task by combining the professional knowledge learned at school with the support of Ms Le Vinh Thuyen

Customer care staff was responsible for receiving information and resolving customer complaints and problems The ultimate aim of this work was to optimize customer satisfaction and satisfaction The first, Customer care staff helped customers to solve all customer problems, questions, complaints Next, Customer care staff was also considered as an intermediary bridge, maintaining loyalty between customers and businesses

Therefore, when I experienced this mission, | felt very excited Besides, I also had to complete the assigned tasks When I was assigned this task, I was very nervous because the task required quite difficult requirements for myself But with my own efforts I was able to do it activities that ] acquired in the course of the mission

Firstly, when I received this assignment, I had to learn more about the company and business products, I began to receive and handle the problems and complaints of customers related to the product business services Secondly, I was assigned to consult the right solution to solve the problem for the customer so that the customer can choose the right product, the company provided all kinds of food products, so the consultation helped the customer understand Get the right business products for you Thirdly, I replied to messages and consulted, answered all questions of customers before, during and after using the product When customers used the company's products would inevitably have problems, I needed to understand the problems customers was facing and offer appropriate solutions For example, during my internship, | met a customer who used the company's new product, but because it was anew product, the customer did not have much confidence in the product, I had to always support for customers during product experience Fourthly, when I encountered cases where customers complained about the company's products, I needed to analyze and clarify the causes of customers' questions and complaints, which not only helped customers received appropriate answers, but also to avoid bad information for the
