3 The key aspects of employment law in Vinhomes

An employee is a person who is at least full 15 years old, can work, and has entered into a labor contract

The employee is paid a salary based on an agreement with the employer, but not lower than the minimum salary prescribed by the State and according to productivity, quality, work efficiency, and labor protection

The ways to improve employee relations at Vinhome s:

An employment relationship is a legal relationship between an employer and an employee It exists when a person performs work or services under certain conditions in exchange for benefits (Employment Relationship, 2021) However, by definition of an employment relationship, the rights and obligations of exchange of benefits have been and continue to be the primary means through which workers gain access to the rights and benefits related to employment working in the fields of labor law and social security

For Vinhomes, the application of methods to promote employee relations has contributed to the development of the company Pieces of evidence, the construction site project Vinhomes Ocean Park - PK2 body tunnel has completed the payment and settlement task, so it has been rewarded by the leadership of the Group Contributing to that success is thanks to the efforts of the whole team in the company Thanks to the wise policies of Vinhomes and the serious implementation of the staff in building relationships between employees, the company's goals are accomplished
