2 Listen for specific information in a text about green living
3 Students can use vocabulary and sentences to talk about green projects in the locality
4 show their responsibilities for the environment and be able to propose plans to solve environmental issues in their residential areas

Activity 1:Warmer
- Ask students to observe picture of some environmental protection activities
- Work in pairs to answer the interview based on the content of the picture, one person asks, the other answers and vice versa
a.What are they doing? (They are picking up rubbish, bottles, plastic;
watering trees and flowers,… )
b Are they useful? Why? (Yes Because this makes the environment greener)
c In addition to the activities in the picture, there are other environmental protection activities that you know ( Plant trees, reuse plastic waste, )
* Students can ask their partner additional questions related to the content of the picture on the environmental theme.
- Call on some students to share their opinions, and encourage different viewpoints
- Lay out the mind map to lead students to the new lesson
Activity 2: Vocabulary pre-teach
- Ask students to look at the listening lesson on page 24
- Elicit the meanings of the vocabulary in listening track 15

- Students listen to an announcement about a Go Green Weekend event (track 14) and decide whether the following statements are True or False

- Analyze and understand the exact task requirements ( One word)

- Students listen again and complete each gap in the table with ONE word from the recording (track 15)
