temperature at 540C; the ratio of enzyme and substances at %v/wpro and hydrolysis time of 212 minutes Meanwhile, Glycosaminoglycans sulphate sulfate content are obtained according to the predictions of the model at 27,78% (dry weight of raw material) Glycosaminoglycans sulphate powder product was found to be Glycosaminoglycans sulphate: 53,61% (dry basis);
