GIỚI THIỆU CHUNG VỀ CHUẨN KIẾN THỨC, KĨ NĂNG CỦA CHƯƠNG TRÌNH GIÁO DỤC PHỔ THƠNG

I GIỚI THIỆU CHUNG VỀ CHUẨN KIẾN THỨC

1 Chuẩn yêu cầu, tiêu chí (gọi chung yêu cầu) tuân thủ những nguyên tắc định, dùng để làm thước đo đánh giá hoạt động, công việc, sản phẩm lĩnh vực Đạt yêu cầu chuẩn đạt mục tiêu mong muốn chủ thể quản lí hoạt động, cơng việc sản phẫm

Yêu cầu cụ thể hóa, chi tiết, chương trình Chuẩn, để đánh giá chất lượng u cầu thơng qua số thực Yêu cầu xem “chốt kiểm soát” để đánh giá chất lượng đầu vào, đầu củng trình thực

2 Những yêu cầu Chuẩn:

2.1 Chuẩn phải có tình khách quan, nhìn chung khơng lệ thuộc cào quan điểm hay thái độ chủ quan người sử dụng Chuẩn

2.2 Chuẩn phải có hiệu lực ổn định lề phạm vi lẫn thời gian áp dung 2.3 Đảm bảo tính khã thi, có nghĩa Chuẩn đạt (là trình độ hay mức độ dung hịa hợp lí gữa u cầu phát triển mức độ thực tiển diễn ra)

2.4 Đảm bảo tính cụ thể, tường minh chức định lượng 2.5 Đảm bảo không mâu thuẫn với chuẩn khác lĩnh vực lĩnh vực có liên quan

II CHUẨN KIẾN THỨC, KĨ NĂNG CỦA CHƯƠNG TRÌNH GIÁO DỤC PHỔ THÔNG:

Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ yêu cầu thái độ chương trình giáo dục phổ thơng thể cụ thể chương trình mơn học, hoạt động giáo dục (gọi chung môn học) chương trình cấp học

Đối với môn học, cấp học, mục tiêu môn học, cấp học cụ thể hóa thành chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình mơn học, chương trình cấp học

1 Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình mơn học u cầu bản, tối thiểu kiến thức, kĩ môn học mà học sinh cần phải cụ thể đạt sdau đơn vị kiến thức (mỗi bài, chủ đề, chủ điểm, mô đun)

Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ đơn vị kiến thức là yêu cầu bản, tối thiểu kiến thức, kĩ đơn vị kiến thức mà học sinh cần phải đạt

2 Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình cấp học yêu cầu bản, tối thiểu kiến thức, kĩ mơn học mà học sinh cần phải đạt sau giai đoạn học tập cấp học

2.1 Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình cấp học đề cập tối thiểu kiến thức, kĩ mà học sinh cần đạt sau hồn thành chương trình giáo dục lớp cấp học Các chuẩn cho thấy ý nghĩa quan trọng việc gắn kết, phối hợp môn học nhằm đạt mục tiêu giáo dục cấp học

2.2 Việc thể chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình cấp học thể hình mẫu mong đợi người học sau cấp học cần thiết cho công tác quản lí, đạo đào tạo, bồi dưỡng giáo viên

III CÁC MỨC ĐỘ VỀ KIẾN THỨC, KĨ NĂNG:

Các mức độ kiến thức, kĩ thể cụ thể Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ chương trình giáo dục phổ thơng

Về kiến thức: Yêu cầu học sinh phải nhớ, nắm vững, hiểu rõ kiến thức bản chương trình sách giáo khoa, tảng vững vàng để phát triển lực nhận thức cấp cao

Về kĩ năng: biết vận dụng kiến thức học để trả lới câu hỏi, giải tập … IV CHUẨN KIẾN THỨC , KĨ NĂNG VỀ KIỂM TRA ĐÁNH GIÁ:

1 Quan niệm kiểm tra đánh giá:

Kiểm tra đánh giá hai khâu trrong qui trình thống nhằm xác định kết thực mục tiêu dạy học Kiểm tra thu thập thông tin từ riêng lẽ đến hệ thống kết thực mục tiêu dạy học; đánh giá xác định mức độ đạt thực mục tiêu dạy học

2 Hai chức kiểm tra đánh giá: a Chức xác định:

- Xác định mức độ đạt việc thực mục tiêu dạy học , xác định mức độ thực Chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ trương trình giáo dục mà học sinh đạt kết thúc giai đoạn học tâp (Kết thúc bài, chương, chủ đề, chủ điểm …)

- Xác định địi hỏi tính xác, khách quan, cơng b Chức điều khiển:

Phát mặt tốt, chưa tốt, khó khăn, vướng mắt xác định nguyên nhân Kết đánh giá để định giải pháp cải thiện thực trạng, nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu dạy học giáo dục thông việc đổi mới, tối ưu hóa phương pháp dạy học giáo viên hướng dẫn học sinh biết tự đánh giá tối ưu hóa phương pháp học tập Thơng qua chức nà, kiểm tra, đánh giá điều kiện cần thiết

- Giúp giáo viên nắm tình hỉnh học tập, mức độ phân hóa trình độ học lực học sinh lớp, từ có biện pháp giúp đở học sinh yếu bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi

- Giúp học sinh biết khã học tập so với yêu cầu chương trình, xác định nguyên nhân thành cơng, từ điều chỉnh phương pahp1 học tập, phát triển kĩ tự đánh giá

- Giúp cha mẹ học sinh cộng đồng biết kết giáo dục học sinh, lớp sở giáo dục

Kiểm tra đánh giá phải vào chuẩn kiến thức, kĩ môn học lớp, yêu cầu tối thiểu cần đạt kiến thức, kĩ học sinh

4 Các tiêu chí kiểm tra, đánh giá:

a Đảm bảo tính tồn diện: đánh giá mặt kiến thức, kĩ năng, lực, ý thức thái độ, hành vi học sinh

b Đảm bảo độ tin cậy: Tính xác, trung thực, minh bạch, khách quan, công đánh giá,phản ánh chất lượng thực học sinh

c Đảm bảo tính khả thi: Nội dung hình thức,cách thức phương tiện tổ chức kiểm tra, đánh giá phải phù hợp với điểu kiện học sinh

d Đảm bảo yêu cầu phân hóa: Phân loại xác trình độ , mức độ, năng lực nhận thức học sinh, cần đảm bảo dải phân hóa rộng đủ cho phân loại đối tượng

e Đảm bảo hiệu quả: Đánh giá tất lỉnh vực cần đánh giá học sinh, thực đầy đủ mục tiêu đề ra, tạo động lực đổi phương pháp dạy học, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục

I KHÁI QUÁT VỀ MỨC ĐỘ CẦN ĐẠT:

Hết lớp 6, học sinh có khã sữ dụng kiến thức tiếng Anh học phạm vi chương trình để:

Nghe:

- Nghe hiểu câu mệnh lệnh nói đơn giản thường dùng lớp học - Nghe hiểu câu nói, câu hỏi – đáp đơn giản với tổng độ dài khoảng 40 –

60 từ thông tin cá nhân, gia đình nhà trường Nói:

- Hỏi – đáp đơn giản thơng tin cá nhân, gia đình nhà trường phạm vi chủ điểm có chương trình

- Thực số chức giao tiếp đơn giản: chào hỏi, đưa thực mệnh lệnh, nói ví trí đồ vật, hỏi – đáp thời gian, miêu tả người, miêu tả thời tiết, …

Đọc:

- Đọc hiểu nội dung đoạn độc thoại hội thoại đơn giản, mang tính thơng báo với độ dài khoảng 50-70 từ, xoay quanh chủ điểm có chương trình
