1-Thn lỵi :
-Học sinh đợc bố mẹ trang bị đầy đủ đồ dùng sách phục vụ cho việc học tập -Hầu hết học sinh đợc bố mẹ quan tâm giành thời gian cho em học tập nhà Số học sinh phải giúp bố mẹ làm việc nhà có nhng
-Đa số em học sinh đợc quan tâm , nhắc nhở giáo dục thầy cô giáo nhà trờng
-Đội ngũ thầy giáo nhà trờng có trình độ chun mơn cao v nhit tỡnh ging dy
2-Khó khăn :
-Học sinh trờng sống tập trung chủ yếu hai phờng Đồng Tâm Minh Tân Đây địa bàn tơng đối thuận lợi… Phần lớn học sinh thuộc phờngĐồng Tâm,là em gia đình cán công nhân viên chức tơng đối giả, việc quan tâm sát saovới việc hoc tập em thn lợi Nhng bên cạnh dó số gia đình cha thực quan tâm đến việc học tập em họ, mà cịn phó thác cho nhà trờng, bố mẹ lam t sáng đến tối ,nên khoảng thời gian họ khơng biết họ làm gì? ăn gi? Chính mà em họ lang thang lao vào quán internet
- -Những điều có ảnh hởng lớn tới việc giáo dục đạo đức cho em tất nhiên ảnh hởng tới mục đích học tập em
-Ngồi cịn có số học sinh thuộc hộ nghèo cịn phải giúp bố mẹ lao động kiếm sống nên nhiều ảnh hởng tới việc học tập em sau lên lớp
II-Yêu cầu giáo dục môn.
1-KiÕn thøc:
-Tiếng Anh sách thứ sách gồm đợc soạn theo chơng trình cải cách giáo dục Bộ GD đào tạo
-Tiếng Anh gồm 16 đơn vị học,là 16 chủ điểm gần gũi với sống,sát với mục đích nhu cu,hng thỳ ca hc sinh
2-Kỹ năng:
-Trong trình học việc rèn luyện kỹ giúp em nghe,nói,đọc,viết tiếng Anh mức độ đơn giản thông qua nội dung học với việc thực hành nhiều dạng
3-Giáo dục t tởng tình cảm:
Thụng qua 16 với chủ điểm nh : -Các vấn đề thuộc cá nhân(You and me) -Học tập giáo dục (Education)
-Cộng đồng (Community)

Nhằm giúp giáo dục học sinh cập nhật,có hiểu biết văn hố xã hội,biết quan tâm tới ngời mơi trờng ,dân số,tiết kiệm vệ sinh học đờng nắm vững luật giao thông đờng

-Kiểm tra đôn đốc thờng xuyên học sinh : tập , ghi từ vựng cấu trúc ngữ pháp ,
-Khai thác hiệu tiết ôn tập,chữa kiểm tra để củng cố giúp em tìm cỏch hc tt,phự hp vi mỡnh
-Yêu cầu học sinh học chuẩn bị nhà.Đọc trớc bài,tra từ từ điển sau SGK ,hớng dẫn học sinh dùng từ điển
b-Đối với học sinh giỏi :
-Yêu cầu học sinh tự làm thêm tập củng cố nâng cao sách Bài tập nâng cao Tiếng Anh
-Dạy chuyên đề vào tiết tự chọn (nếu có)
-Soạn thêm số tập ,bài kiểm tra có tính chất nâng cao cho học sinh giỏi -Kiểm tra ,chấm chữa cho học sinh cụ thể tiết chữa kiểm tra
-Yờu cầu học sinh học nhóm theo định kỳ(một tuần/1 lần),có giao việc,bài cho nhóm tr-ởng điều hành báo cáo kt qu
c-Học sinh yếu kém:
-Động viên ,khuyến khích học sinh em học tập lớp
-Phân công học sinh kèm kiểm tra theo dõi học sinh yếu hàng tuần -Yêu cầu em làm lại tập mà em mắc lỗi sai(sửa chữa cho đúng)
-Hớng dẫn học tập nhà,lập sổ tay ghi cấu trúc từ vựng sau học, tự đặt câu theo cấu trúc học thuộc lịng ví dụ
