the percentage of farmed shrimp samples positive with WSSV, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and EHP were 0%, 3.57% and 17.56%, respectively In rainy season, the percentage of postlarvae samples positive with WSSV, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and EHP were 1.27%, 1.77% and 7.09%, respectively; the percentage of farmed shrimp samples positive with WSSV, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and EHP were 3.97%, 4.21% and 21.05%, respectively In comparison with the percentage of postlarve samples positive with those three pathogenic agents in 2015, 2016 and 2017, the percentage of postlarve samples positive with V parahaemolyticus in 2018 was 3.63% that is higher than that of 2017 (2.39%), 2016 (2.42%) and 2015 (0.2%) The postlarvae samples positive with WSSV in 2018 was 1.13% that is also higer than that of 2017 (0.91%)., and lower than that of 2016 (1.7%) and 2015 (3.4%) EHP infection in postlarvae was 6.57% in 2018 and higher than that of 2017 (2.73%), but is lower than that of 2016 (13.37%) and 2015 (12.21%) Keywords: WSSV, AHPND, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, EHP, PCR Người phản biện: TS Lý Thị Thanh Loan Ngày nhận bài: 14/12/2018 Ngày thông qua phản biện: 28/12/2018 Ngày duyệt đăng: 31/12/2018 Southern Monitoring Center for Aquaculture Environment and Epidemics, Research Institute for Aquaculture No.2 * Email: lehongphuoc@yahoo.com 52 TẠP CHÍ NGHỀ CÁ SƠNG CỬU LONG - SỐ 12 - THÁNG 12/2018 ...
