Nghiên cứu bấm phản xạ bàn chân trên trẻ tăng động giảm chú ý

NGHIÊN CỨU MỘT TRƯỜNG HỢP: TÁC DỤNG CỦA LIỆUPHÁP BẤM PHẢN XẠ CHÂN ĐỐI VỚI CÁC TRIỆU CHỨNGADHD VÀ CHỨNG ĐÁI DẦM ĐÊM Ở MỘT TRẺ BỊ ADHDKÈM ĐÁI DẦM ĐÊMITóm TắtBối cảnh và mục đích:Các triệu chứng của Rối loạn tăng động thiếu chú ý (ADHD) có thể xảy ra kết hợpvới đái dầm đêm . Các liệu pháp thay thế có thể có hiệu quả trong việc giải quyếtcác chứng bệnh đi kèm ADHD. Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là điều tra những ảnhhưởng của liệu pháp bấm phản xạ chân ở trẻ ADHD có đái dầm đêm.Vật liệu và phương pháp:Bệnh nhân là trẻ 8 tuổi bị ADHD và đái dầm đêm. Vanderbilt thang đánh giá dànhcho giáo viên chẩn đoán ADHD được sử dụng để kiểm tra ADHD trước và sau điềutrị. Đối tượng đã được điều trị với liệu pháp bấm phản xạ bàn chân trong 20 phútmỗi buổi , hai lần mỗi tuần trong khoảng thời gian 8 tuần.Kết quả:Trẻ cho thấy sự cải thiện các triệu chứng ADHD và chứng đái dầm đêm hoàn toànbiến mất sau khi trị liệu bằng liệu pháp bấm phản xạ bàn chân.Kết luận:Liệu pháp bấm phản xạ bàn chân có hiệu quả trong việc cải thiện tình trạng khôngtập trung, hiếu động ở trẻ bị ADHD. Kết quả của nghiên cứu mới này cho thấy rằngliệu pháp bấm phản xạ chân có thể có hiệu quả trong điều trị trẻ ADHD kết hợp đáidầm đêm
