(2) Đánh giá ảnh hưởng mật độ trồng đến sinh trưởng suất Jatropha năm thứ ba; (3) Đánh giá ảnh hưởng kỹ thuật tạo tán đến sinh trưởng suất Jatropha năm thứ ba Thí nghiệm (2) (3) bố trí theo kiểu khối đầy đủ ngẫu nhiên - Kết đánh giá đa dạng di truyền theo tính trạng hình thái cho thấy tập đoàn giống Jatropha đa dạng Sơ đồ phả hệ xử lý phần mềm NTSYSpc 2.1 cho thấy hệ số tương đồng 0,16, giống Jatropha tập đồn 2007 chia làm nhóm (AD 07-1 TL 07-4; AD 07-2 AD 07-3; TQ 07-5 VN 07-6); với hệ số tương đồng 0,1 tập đồn Jatropha 2008 chia thành nhóm (Nhóm 1: gồm giống ADVN, J14, J15, J1 J12; nhóm 2: gồm giống J3, J11, J13 J17; nhóm 3: gồm giống J18 SING) - Ở tập đoàn 2007, số chùm quả/cây số quả/chùm yếu tố định suất hạt, số chùm quả/cây có vai trò định với hệ số path 0,87, sau số quả/chùm với hệ số path 0,13 Ở tập đoàn 2008, số chùm quả/cây số cành/cây ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến suất với hệ số path 0,57 0,39 Với năm tuổi (tập đồn 2007), giống AD 07-1 có suất hạt bình quân/cây cao (770,5 g), thấp giống VN 07-6 (227,4 g/cây) với năm tuổi (tập đồn 2008), giống SING có suất hạt/cây cao (648,9 g), thấp giống ADVN (95,13 g/cây) - Ở năm thứ ba, trồng với khoảng cách 2,5 x 2,5 m, x m, x m sinh trưởng phát triển mạnh Cây trồng với khoảng cách 2,5 x 2,5 m có v suất cao (1,39 tấn/ha), khoảng cách x m (1,38 tấn/ha) x m (1,36 tấn/ha), thấp nghiệm thức trồng với khoảng cách x m (0,8 tấn/ha) - Về kỹ thuật tạo tán, đến năm thứ ba, tạo tán sau trồng tháng sau tháng tạo tán lần sinh trưởng phát triển mạnh có nhiều cành mang Trong thời gian đầu tạo tán, nghiệm thức không tạo tán cho suất cao (1,7 tấn/ha), nghiệm thức tạo tán sau trồng tháng (1,42 tấn/ha), nghiệm thức tạo tán muộn, sau trồng 15 tháng tạo tán cho suất thấp (0,64 tấn/ha) vi ABSTRACT The thesis entitled “Assessing the genetic diversity of Jatropha collections based on the morphological characteristics, studying of planting density and pruning technique for Jatropha (Jatropha curcas) in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh” was conducted at the Trang Bang Seed Production Center, Research Institute of Oil and Oil Plants from August 2009 to December 2010 Content of the thesis included three parts: (1) Evaluating genetic diversity based on the morphological characteristics of Jatropha collections in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh; (2) Assessing the impact of plant density on the growth and yield of Jatropha, in the third year; (3) Appreciating the influence of pruning method on the growth and yield of – year – old Jatropha plants Experiments were arranged in randomized complete block design The assessment results of genetic diversity based on the morphological characteristics showed that Jatropha varieties are diversity By using the phylogenic diagram processed by NTSYSpc 2.1 software, Jatropha varieties which were planted in 2007 were clustered into three groups (AD 07-1 and TL 07-4; AD 07-2 and AD 07-3; TQ 07-5 and VN 07-6) at the 0,16 similar coefficient; and 2008 Jatropha germplasm were divided into three groups (group 1: includes varieties such as ADVN, J14, J15, J1 and J12; group 2: consist of J3, J11, J13 and J17;
