1 DEVELOPMENT OF CAT BA NATIONAL TOURISM ZONE TO 2020, VISION 2030 VIEWPOINTS AND DEVELOPMENT GOALS 1.1 Viewpoints - Development Cat Ba National Tourism Zone in accordance with strategies and the overall planning of tourism development in Vietnam, the northern coastal plain; the planning of economic development -
