trnS-trnG) (B) v MỞ ĐẦU Sâm Ngọc Linh (Panax vietnamensis Ha et Grushv.) thuộc chi Nhân sâm (Panax) có tên gọi khác sâm Việt Nam, sâm Khu Năm (K5), sâm trúc (sâm đốt trúc, trúc tiết sâm), củ Ngải rọm hay Thuốc giấu, lồi đặc biệt có giá trị khoa học kinh tế với thành phần saponin, hàm lượng acid amin, chất khoáng vi lượng củ, rễ nhiều loài sâm khác Ngoài tác dụng dược lý, sâm Ngọc Linh giúp chống căng thẳng, trầm cảm, oxy hóa Do vùng phân bố hạn chế việc khai thác mức khiến sâm Ngọc Linh trở nên khan tự nhiên đưa vào Danh lục đỏ IUCN (2003) danh sách loài hạn chế khai thác sử dụng mục đích thương mại Trên giới Việt Nam, nghiên cứu định loại phương pháp hình thái kết hợp với phân tử thơng qua phân tích số vùng gen loài thuộc chi Nhân sâm, có sâm Ngọc Linh thực Nhờ đời phát triển hệ thống giải trình tự gen hệ mới, trình tự tồn hệ gen, có hệ gen biểu hiện, hệ gen lục lạp số loài thuộc chi Nhân sâm triển khai thực năm gần Việc phân tích khai thác sở liệu toàn hệ gen cung cấp nguồn thơng tin lớn, có giá trị độ tin cậy cao, hỗ trợ nghiên cứu phát sinh chủng loại, q trình thích nghi, nhận dạng lồi phục vụ giám sát thương mại bảo tồn nguồn gen Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu ngày tăng nghiên cứu tiến hóa, bảo tồn, khai thác sử dụng bền vững nguồn gen sâm Ngọc Linh quý góp phần tìm kiếm mã vạch phân tử đặc trưng định hướng ứng dụng giám định chất lượng sâm Ngọc Linh loài thuộc chi Nhân sâm Việt Nam, đề tài: “Giải trình tự hệ gen lục lạp sâm Ngọc Linh (Panax vietnamensis Ha et Grushv.)” xây dựng thực với nội dung sau: (1) Tách chiết DNA giải trình tự hệ gen lục lạp sâm Ngọc Linh; (2) Lắp ráp hiệu chỉnh trình tự hệ gen lục lạp; (3) Chú giải phân tích trình tự hệ gen lục lạp; (4) Phân tích tìm kiếm thị phân tử thích hợp để phân biệt sâm Ngọc Linh với loài thuộc chi Nhân sâm
